L'appartement a été rénové et est conforme au descriptif et aux photos de l'annonce. Seul bémol concernant la cuisinière qui mériterait d'être remplacée par rapport au reste des équipements présents. L'appartement est idéalement situé par rapport à la plage.

Très bon séjour dans appartement idéalement placé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Situé à 2 pas de la plage et de tous les commerces, il est très confortable et très bien équipé. La grande douche a été très appréciée par les enfants après la plage. Logement à recommander!!

A recommander sans hésitation

Très bonne expérience. Appartement fonctionnel très bien placé, balcon assez petit mais bien orienté. Bonne literie et clim silencieuse et efficiente. Parking privé bien appréciable. Petit supermarché bien achalandé à 50 mètres. Nombreux restos à proximité immédiate tout comme un loueur de vélos musculaires et électriques. Néréa a été très conciliante tant pour le check in que le check out. Bref excellente adresse à recommander.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille (2 enfants 5 et 7 ans + 2 adultes) dans cet appartement idéalement situé au pied du remblais de Roses et de la plage entre noël et le 1er. L’appartement dispose d’un balcon ensoleillé sur la plage et est très bien équipé. L’appartement et les extérieurs sont au calme.

Traumlage in Roses

Schon der erste Kontakt mit der Vermieterin bei der Buchung war freundlich, organisiert und zielführend. In Roses lief dann die Schlüsselübergabe zu dieser tollen Ferienwohnung tadellos. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Die Bilder versprechen genau, was auch geboten wird - moderne, gehobene Ausstattung in absoluter Traumlage. Innerhalb weniger Schritte zum Strand, zum gut ausgestatteten, kleinen Supermarkt, zu Restaurants, Eisdiele, Bootsverleih, etc. Die etwa 2 km ins Städtchen von Roses waren ein täglicher, schöner Spaziergang an der Promenade und dem Strand lang. Das Einzige, was uns störte, war das fehlende Handwaschbecken im WC des Appartements. Ansonsten war alles prima bis zur letzen Sekunde des pünktlichen Check Outs. Sollten wir nochmals nach Roses reisen, wäre diese Unterkunft mit Sicherheit wieder unsere Wahl. Danke!

Traumhafter Strandurlaub

Ein wirklich tolles Objekt mit einer super Lage an einem der schönsten Strände der Costa Brava in Roses. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sowie der vor Ort tätigen Verwaltung. Super Empfehlung. Sehr gepflegt, modern und sauber.

Apartment with perfect location

Nice and modern apartment with wonderful view to the sea. Location is very good, you can find everything (shops, supermarkets, restaurants) in walking distance. We didn't like the poor quality of wifi. The best thing in the apartment was the closeness of the sea, fine sand and shallow water without crowd on the beach.

tres agreable sejour

L' appartement est agreable et beneficie d 'une belle vue sur la mer. C' est un appartement moderne, spacieux, bien agence, bien entretenu apparemment. Le fait d ' avoir un acces direct a la plage , sans avoir a traverser une route, est tres appreciable pour des grands parents, comme nous, accompagne d ' enfants en bas age. C ' est un appartement que nous recommandons.

Super séjour et réveillon du 1er de l'an 2018 avec un couple d'amis. Appartement très classe, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, confortable et fonctionnel. La mer au pied de la résidence permet de longues balades le long de la plage. Quel régal. La voiture peut rester sans problème sur le parking. Nous recommandons vivement cette belle location. Appartement refait à neuf, idéalement situé à 50 mètres de la plage avec commerces à proximité. Tout est accessible à pied, la voiture peut stationner durant le séjour sur le parking de la résidence. Espace intérieur spacieux, grande terrasse avec vue sur mer. A recommander.
