Entrance, open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher), living/dining room (TV, double sofa bed) opening onto a terrace and enclosed southwest-facing garden (garden furniture).

Also, one bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, separate WC.

Pets not allowed.
Parking space #3.
Electricity charges are extra except from May 30th to September 19th, 2026.
Optional extras: linen rental, baby equipment rental & Mini Wi-Fi box.

"Mer et Plage" Residence. Quiet location, 200m from the sea, 300m from the main beach, 1000m from Carnac's entertainment.
