Apartment on the 1st floor, two rooms, 28 m2, with terrace very nice sheltered from the north wind, numbered parking, in quiet residence, secure, well maintained, 150 meters from the beach, close to shops, and 500 meters from the harbor center.

- living room with 1 sofa bed, tableware, television.
- kitchen with gas stove 3 burners and oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker.
Dining area 4 people.

- terrace with garden furniture 4 chairs + 2 armchairs and two sun loungers.

Apartment not accessible for disabled.
The apartment is rented by the week, arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays.

Nice stay at Cap d'Agde

My second stay at this location. For me, a perfect combination of location and facilities. Close to the beach and the marina. Restaurants and a small supermarket, within walking distance. Big terrace, where I usually spent my time with a book and a glas of rosé. Super nice landlord.

L'hébergement petit pour 4 personnes pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain ni dans la cuisine très chaud en intérieur 30 à 33 degrés et juste une petite colonne de fraîcheur l'interrupteur ne fait pas l'aller retour dans la chambre nous n'y retournerons pas pour le prix en plus....nous sommes déçus

Super appartement - Bon emplacement

Super appartement avec bon emplacement au calme tout en étant proche de toute commodités, plage et centre port. (sauf Ile des Loisirs mais nous le savions en lisant l'annonce) Idéal pour couple ou famille (2 enfants maximum et dans la même chambre) Super séjour, tout était parfait.

Dejlig lejlighed, god beliggenhed. Eneste problem var sprogbarriere ved ankomst og afgang, men det klarede vi fint med udlejer som mellemmand, og fagter og håndtegn. ;o) Jeg må hellere øve lidt basic fransk inden næste tur. Kan anbefale sted og udlejer
