About this property

Family apartment of 50 m² that can accommodate up to 5 people in a high-end co-ownership, very well-maintained and equipped with a swimming pool. The beach is 20 meters from the apartment (no road to cross).

Very well located just in front of the sea, you can enjoy a very appreciable view from the loggia.

Close to beaches and shops while staying away from the hustle and bustle of pedestrian streets. Just a stone's throw away from the shopping alley that leads to the port and also from the trails that run along the cliffs.

The price does not include:

- Cleaning fee to be paid on site upon arrival of €50
- Bed sheets, which are available if needed for €8/bed.

For the year 2023, the swimming pool of the co-ownership is open from June 3 to September 24.

Wunderschöner Ausblick und viel Platz

Wirklich eine tolle Lage: Vom Balkon blickt man direkt auf den schönen Natursandstrand Plage de la dalle. Auch zum Hafen und der kleinen Einkaufsstraße sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Ferienwohnung ist insgesamt recht einfach eingerichtet, aber dafür gut ausgestattet mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Wir haben höchstens einen zweiten Ventilator vermisst. Toll sind auf jeden Fall die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer, plus Schlafcouch und Hochbett im Eingangsbereich. Die Ansprechperson vor Ort, Mme Petit, war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Wir hatten hier eine fantastische Zeit und geben eine klare Empfehlung!
