Villa of 90 m2 with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace and garden with heated pool (saltwater) and boule field. The house is located 2.5 km outside Salernes in a calm area. Nice view from the terrace. The house and garden is fully equipped; bbq, dishwasher and washing machine, etc. In the garden there are several areas with sunbeds / lounges to stay in the sun or the shadow. The pool is heated from April to October.

Salernes is a village in the region called Haut Var, a fantastic region with plenty of small, picturesque villages, vineyards, nature for hiking (and cykling) etc. The coast is one hour drive away, and the beatiful lake Sainte Croix is 30 minutes away as well as Gorges de Verdon. In Salernes there is the traditional market twice a week, several restaurants etc. In very short distance you find gorgeus villages like Tourtour, Cotignac, Lorgues and many more. A smal jogging away from the house you will find the spectacular waterfall Sillans la Cascades.

Villa of 90 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace and garden with heated (salt) swimming pool as well as a bowling green etc. The villa is located 2.5 km from Salernes in a quiet area. Nice open view from the terrace. The house and the garden is fully equipped for all comforts; bbq, dishwasher, laundry etc. In the garden there are several places with deckchairs to rest in the sun or in the shade. The swimming pool is heated from early April until October.

Salernes is a village in the Haut Var, a magnificent region with lots of picturesque villages, vingobles, nature for walking etc. It is about 1 hour to go to the coast, and half an hour to go to Lac Sainte Croix and Gorges de Verdon. In Salernes center there is the market twice a week, several restaurants etc. Very close there are Tourtour, Cotignac, Lorgues. A short jog from the house we find the magnificent falls at Sillans la Cascade.

Fabulous house in tranquil setting

We had a great stay, communication with the host was fantastic and the property is very well equipped. The pool is just about the right size for our family of five and the kids could have happily spent the whole day there. The location is very nice, a short drive from Salernes, which has a great market on Sunday mornings and some nice restaurants for lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back.

Perfect property for family of 4. Loved the selection of places to sit and the Boules pitch. The pool is great, perfect temperature. Great size for a family of 4 but would struggle with more (and not for young kids without swim aids as only a few steps and then chest dee). Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Absolutely perfect location for a holiday in South France!!!

We had a very good time in Salernes in this house - very clean, beautyful inside and outside in the garden and the veranda with pool. The pool is wonderful and you have several pool stuff to enjoy your time there. We did not miss anything in the house. It is all very comfortable. For example there is a very good Gas Grill on the veranda as well as a perfectly organised kitchen inside. It's Good located to make your trips all around in the Provence. Even if you do not plan trips the house with the big garden is a good place to stay at. The house gives you a very personal and warm feeling. Communication was always very good and positive with the owner!

Schöne Villa für einen entspannten Urlaub mit FreundenWir haben eine sehr schöne Woche zu fünft in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und sauber – hier hat alles gepasst, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders der Außenbereich mit dem Pool hat uns begeistert – perfekt für entspannte Stunden und gesellige Abende.Die Lage ist praktisch: Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind gut erreichbar, was die Selbstversorgung sehr angenehm macht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und freundlich – schnelle Antworten und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen.Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Das Dorf Salernes selbst hat uns nicht ganz überzeugt, was die Auswahl an Restaurants angeht. Hier hätten wir uns etwas mehr Vielfalt gewünscht. Das hat aber unserem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan, da die Villa selbst und der schöne Außenbereich mehr als entschädigt haben.Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für eine entspannte Zeit in der Provence!

Vacances reposantes au soleil

Nous avons trouvé un petit coin de paradis mais je ne vais le dire trop fort sinon la maison sera trop souvent prise et cela nous empêcherait d’y retourner ! Maison très bien équipée et idéale pour des vacances en famille. Belativement proche du lac de sainte croix et des gorges du verdon. Nous avons visité également Salernes qui est très joli. Merci à nos hôtes pour leurs disponibilités. Seul petit bémol pour la piscine où le pisciniste a eu du mal pour avoir de l’eau cristalline, les pins n’aident pas à avoir un bon pH. Mais nous n’en tenons pas rigueur , cela n’a pas entaché notre séjour. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Une villa très bien située, au calme et proche de tout (restos, super marché, pharmacie, médecin,... ). Très beaux villages aux alentours (Cotignac, . Tourtour, Villecroze, Carces, Aups,...). La piscine chauffée est top, la terrasse bien ombragée avec transats et parasols. BBQ Weber. Airco dans 2 des 3 chambres. Lave vaisselle et lave linge. Vaisselle en suffisance. Draps de lit, de bain,.... La villa est complète pour passer un magnifique séjour...

Het is een heerlijk ruim huis, je voelt je welkom en thuis. Hier en daar wat rommelig, maar daarmee juist ook erg gezellig. Het ligt rustig en vrij. De buitenruimte is mooi met een verwarmd zwembad.

Schön gelegenes Häuschen in ruhiger Gegend

Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb von Salernes in einer ruhigen Gegend. Schöne Außenanlage mit ganztägiger Sonne, beheiztem Pool und schöner Aussicht sorgen für Erholung. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig, könnte hier und da jedoch ein wenig Erneuerung im Mobiliar und Sanitär gebrauchen, ist aber was Preis-Leistung angeht okay. Küche/Herd fallen für Menü-Zubereitung für eine 5-köpfige Familie etwas klein aus, das wird dann eine Frage der Organisation. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und dessen Vertretung vor Ort verlief einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert.

Alles, was das Herz begehrt ......

Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause ... Ein wunderbares Haus in großartiger Lage, sehr gepflegtem Grundstück mit beheiztem Pool und sehr liebevoll dekoriertem Garten, alles sehr natürlich und landestypisch. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und die Anordnung der Schlaf- und Badezimmer ist ideal für 2 Paare. Direkt unterhalb des Hauses führt ein Radweg vorbei - ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter war sehr herzlich, wenn auch nur per Mail . Vielen Dank Oystein, dass wir unseren Urlaub in Ihrem schönen Haus verbringen durften. Un immense merci à Øystein de nous avoir permis de profiter de sa maison! Notre séjour était parfait. La maison correspond en tout point à la description. Fonctionnelle et pratique, elle offre un confort idéal pour profiter de vacances sereines en famille. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus tout comme le jardin. Calme complet et aucun vis à vis. Peaceful and tranquil

We stayed at the property for one beautiful sunny week in June this year for our 'babymoon'. We very much enjoyed spending relaxed days by the pool and going out into the nearby villages in the evening when it got a bit cooler for some dinner. ideally situated for a day out at the coast as well. Paradis provençal

La maison de Øystein est extrêmement vaste, bien équipée et confortable. Tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour que l’hôte se sente comme chez lui. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, très bien entretenus. De beaux souvenirs nous resteront de la piscine, du terrain de boules ombragé, des barbecues et des soirées à contempler les étoiles en famille. Autour de la maison, de nombreux villages sont à visiter, les lacs et gorges du verdon sont tous proches. C’est le paradis provençal !

Propriété adaptée pour des vacances sur cette région. La proximité des gorges du Verdon permet d'y faire pleins d'activités et d'avoir un lieu de repos idéal dans la villa d'Oystein! Villa très confortable et très bien équipée. Pleins de chouettes villages autour (Tourtour et Aups!).

Superwoning op toplocatie

De woning is nog mooier dan op de foto's en top uitgerust. Het zwembad is top. Eigenlijk volstaan alleen maar superlatieven om deze woning te omschrijven. Zeer vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar.
