Prima appartement voor 2 personen. Met de trein in een half uur in het centrum van Rome. Station op 1 km met ruime, gratis parkeergelegenheid. Alleen het bed zou vernieuwd moeten worden. Je rolt van zelf naar elkaar toe. Dus je moet de rand vasthouden om niet tegen elkaar te liggen. Dat is niet gunstig voor het slapen

schöne Wohnung, sehr engagierte Vermieterin

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und ansprechend möbliert. Francesca hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, hatte einen Kuchen für uns und einige Lebensmittel bereitgestellt. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. 2 Bäder, 2 Balkone, an den Fenstern überall Rollos und Fliegengitter. Praktisch für uns war die Waschmaschine, da konnten wir verschwitzte Sachen schnell mal durchwaschen. Wir waren mit dem Auto da und es gab einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz für uns und einen Fahrstuhl direkt vor die Wohnungstür. Sehr praktisch. Gegenüber dem Haus gibt es außerdem einen großen Parkplatz. Die Bahnstation zur Innenstadt nach Rom liegt ca. 800m entfernt. Wir sind mit dem Auto zum Bahnhof gefahren, es gibt am Bahnhof große kostenlose Parkplätze. Züge fahren alle 15 Minuten, dann kann man noch in die Metro umsteigen, je nachdem wo man hin will. Das kostet nur 1,50 Euro und man kommt überall hin in Rom. Man kann sich kostenlos einen Offline-Reiseführer von Rom auf das Smartphone runterladen. WLAN ist natürlich auch vorhanden. Wir wollten auch etwas vom Umland sehen, dafür ist das Auto praktisch, denn die Wohnung ist weit draußen. Es gibt dort auch Grünflächen und Bäume (man könnte auch Park sagen), jedoch ist draußen alles ziemlich ungepflegt, nicht gemäht und es liegt allerhand Müll rum. Das ist sicher nicht die nobelste Wohngegend, aber damit kann man leben, weil drin alles top ist. Eine Sache sollte man trotzdem wissen: Ich habe noch nie eine so hellhörige Wohnung erlebt. Über uns wohnte wohl eine Familie, da hat man sehr viel gehört. Geschlafen haben wir trotzdem gut, ab 23 Uhr war meistens auch Ruhe und man gewöhnt sich auch daran. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, wir würden sie wieder buchen.

A wonderful apartment with a great homeowner!

My overall experience of the house of Bambi was absolutely terrific! The homeowner was very understanding and very helpful when heading to Rome to see the sites! The home is located only a half a mile from the train station. From the train station it is a 30 minute train ride to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basillica. The homes main window allowed for a nice breeze into the living room! The bedrooms were nicely sized and the two bathrooms were wonderful, especially when having more than two guest. If you looking for a quiet place out of the city with a wonderful homeowner this is the one!

Logement parfait pour un séjour à Rome

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à Rome dans l'appartement de Francesca. Son logement est idéalement situé à l'extérieur du centre-ville de Rome ce qui en facilite l'accès en voiture. Il n'y a aucun problème pour se garer devant le bâtiment et en plus on a accès à une place dans le parking en sous-sol qui est fermé par un portail. Un ascenseur permet d'accéder directement à l'appartement. Le quartier est très calme, on se croirait à la campagne! La station de train est à 15min à pieds, elle permet d'arriver au Vatican en 30min. La ligne A du métro est directement accessible de la gare Valle Aurelia, ce qui est permet de poursuive jusqu'au quartier historique en quelques minutes (billet train/métro 100min 1.50€). Nous avons appréciés cette facilité de déplacement! Le logement est conforme aux photos, il est spacieux, confortable, propre et très bien décoré. Il contient deux salles de bains, ce qui est fort appréciable! Nous remercions Francesca pour son accueil chaleureux, elle fait tout pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Elle est aussi de très bon conseil et à l'écoute de toutes nos questions! Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement de Francesca pour un séjour à Rome.

Italy 2017

We had the pleasure of staying in the La Casa di Bambi for 2 weeks from 2Sept17 to 16Sept17. The apartment if very comfortable with 2 bdrms and 2 bathrms and a nice living space and fully equipped kitchen. Francesca went over and above with providing us with all sorts of goodies like milk, juice, bread for toast, jams, yogurts, muffins and all the staples you need in a kitchen like sugar, oil, butter etc. My only complaint was the beds, but like most places in Italy the mattresses are very thin and not very comfortable. The apt has an elevator which is very convenient situated. It also has underground parking though we rarely used the underground parking as the spots are made for small cars and a bit tricky to fit a mid to large car. But there is ample parking and free right across the street. Down the street are a few shops and quite a good restaurant and very reasonably priced. In walking distance is a large MacDonalds (not that I wish to eat at MacDonalds in Italy) and bit farther are a few shops. The train station is very close with plenty of free parking. But be aware that you can not purchase all day train fare (7 euros) at this station but for 1 euro 50c you can get to your destination. Centre of Rome is about a 20 mins train ride. There are plenty of good restaurants very close to the apt but you would need a car or taxi. We also noticed there is a bus the stops just steps away though we never used it. One of our favourites restaurants was "La Casaletto" only about a 5 - 10 min drive. About 20 mins north you can reach Anguillara Sabazia, a must see and plenty of good restaurants as well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, we truly enjoyed our stay. It also has pretty decent Wifi and cable TV. and a big plus is that it has screens on all windows and a wonderful breeze flowing through. We will definitely consider staying here again. sehr freundliche und sehr ordentlich

Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr zutreffend, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, es gibt sogar einen kleinen Vorrat an Lebensmitteln zur Begrüßung (war sehr hilfreich, da wir an einem Samstagabend angereist sind und erst später festgestellt haben, dass der Supermarkt auch sonntags geöffnet hat). Francesca ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Shuttleservice zum Flughafen ist ein echtes "Schnäppchen" (ca. 1/3 günstiger als das reguläre Taxi). Zu den angegebenen 30 Minuten bis St. Peter kommen allerdings nochmal ca. 15 min. Fußweg zum Bahnhof dazu, dafür ist die Wohnung wirklich ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung sind gut zu erreichen. Für kurze Aufenthalte (3-5 Tage), in denen viel Sightseeing geplant ist, ist die Wohnung eventuell etwas weit außerhalb der Stadt, auch weil der letzte Zug bereits gegen kurz nach 22.00 Uhr fährt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter! Michael und Sabine

C'est un très bel appartement , agréable, confortable et très bien situé;

Nous remercions Francesca pour son merveilleux accueil et sa gentillesse. L'appartement est très confortable , spacieux, propre, exactement comme sur la photo, et même encore mieux quand on y est!!! Il est très bien situé.Proche du centre de rome grâce aux trains et métro qui sont très facile d'accès, mais aussi du magnifique lac de Bracciano et pas très loin de la mer. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances grâce aux indications de Francesca .

Une adresse de séjour exemplaire !

C'est une famille de 4 personnes qui a passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement à Rome. Un appartement qui est bien le reflet des photographies. Très bien situé, dans un quartier très calme et distingué, il est idéal pour y accueillir une famille soucieuse de passer un séjour dans les meilleures conditions. Madame Francesca Acernese, a pensé vraiment à TOUT, rien ne manque pour y faire ses propres repas, le calme encore une fois, le confort et la propreté sont au rendez-vous, avec beaucoup de raffinement. Mais en plus, une place de parking au sous-sol (sécurisé) vous est proposé, il communique directement par ascenseur au niveau de l'appartement, lui aussi très sécurisé. Vraiment, avec l'accueil très personnalisé de Madame Francesca Acernese, vous vous sentirez très accueilli, ce qui vous laissera un souvenir très agréable de la ville éternelle ainsi que du savoir vivre italien. Marc et Isabelle Une adresse où nous reviendrons !

It is the best place we have ever stayed in

Beautiful vacation appartement near to Rome , perfect located to visit the city.The train to Rome less than 1 km and in 35 minutes to the vatican .Also only 1 € for a single trip to town. Our host Francesca was perfect, speaks very well englisch , is O so nice and helpfull and gives you the perfect feeling for a holiday. The appartement was spotless clean , wel equipped, private garage in the basement and all windows protected against flying insects. She also provided a choise of food for for breakfast for free included butter , marmalade and milk and so many things more. We often rent holiday appartements all over Europe and I can tell you that this was the best choise we ever made and that is not only because Francescas perfect personnality A well motivated 10/10

I love the countriside, the nature, the animals. This is the reason why I live here with my family, my husband and my daughter. I could not live in the city anymore...! So much traffic and so much pollution...!! Anyway in this area there is all you nedd: shops, restaurants, hospital and a very efficient line train that reaches downtown in just 30 minutes
