This family friendly ground floor villa is located in the Beach Tower just steps to the perfectly groomed lagoon where fish frolic and green sea turtles play. Open up the beautiful pocket doors to the lanai and your living area increases another 50 feet onto a lush green lawn that's perfect for the kids to run and play on. No worries . . . Everyone's happy!

Your three bedroom, three bath villa features secluded beach front luxury and uncompromising accommodations. Its deluxe furnishings and amenities offer you the perfect indoor/outdoor lifestyle and sleeps 8 comfortably. This villa is located in the BEACH TOWER which is closer to the beach/lagoon than the Ocean Tower. No elevators to take or long hallways to trek through to get to the pools or beach. Location, location, location . . . this is one of the closest villas to the beach available for rent here at the Beach Villas.

Here you will enjoy a state of the art fitness center overlooking the courtyard and lap pool, a lagoon style swimming pool, three whirlpool spas and a sand bottom pool for the kids. There is also an owners and guests only beach bar serving up your favorite tropical libations.

Why pay $500-$2,000 per night for a small hotel room or 1 bedroom suite when you can rent a 1500 square foot, fully-furnished villa that is equally luxurious and ideally uncrowded?!

This is the perfect family retreat! Bring Grandma and Grandpa who can enjoy the 3rd bedroom which can be used as a second master bedroom. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, games and DVDs for the kids. I also have a crib, pack n play, umbrella stroller and high chair for your convenience at no extra cost!

Fantastic Vacation

This was our second year in a row staying at the property and we couldn’t have been more happy with the trip. Lanelle offers top notch service, which we appreciate especially with two young kids in tow. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Incredible Villa and service

Great place

Overall great place to stay. This was condo-style with a low key beach and nice pool. A bit “rules-y” like you would expect with an HOA (think “violations” for towels on the patio and car tire 2mm on the white line parking spot), but that was tolerable. I liked it a lot. Good for families but also walking distance to restaurants and nearby hotels.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay in Oahu. The room was very clean and had everything you could think of. We didn’t need to bring sand toys, beach stuff, crib, high chair, or even a stroller. We were very impressed. The location also can’t be beat. Just walking distance to the beach! Will definitely be back.

Very nice condo, although a condo on the pool/lagoon side would have been better.

The condo was very nice, and we’ll accessorized. We had quite a lot of weather, however, and a unit on the pool side would have been preferable.

Great for families

Property was beautiful and loved the grass area for my granddaughter to play. Very short walk to the pool and the beach. We had an amazing time with the comforts of home. Tropical Resort Getaway

Our family loved Lanelle’s property. We felt like we were staying at an exclusive resort! Everything was immaculate. The proximity to the lagoon and pool made it possible for us to dip our toes in the water daily! We also loved that it was on the main floor, with a nearby parking space. After a long day of hiking waterfall trails, it was nice to get to the air conditioning quickly and easily. Lanelle and her team were responsive to every question and were gracious enough to return some items my husband left in a dresser after we checked out (including his car keys!) Thank you!

Perfect Location!!

My husband and I were celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary with our 4 children (ages 8,11,14, and 16). The Beach Villas at Ko Olina was the perfect location!! The Lagoon was a short walking distance and the perfect place for our kids to play on the beautiful beach and in the clear water. The neighborhood was incredible safe while being walking distance to Roy's, Monkeypod, Paradise Cove Luau, Island Vintage Coffee, etc. We loved being on the ground floor so our kids could play outside while we cooked dinner. We used the lanai everyday to enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian weather. Everyone at the resort was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lagoon and resort were quiet and not over crowded at all. Would highly recommend staying here!

The beach villa was clean, well stocked, and as advertised. The resort complex is well maintained with beautiful amenities. We loved the beach and the pool, and the kids loved feeding the fish in the koi pond. Any minor issues that came up were quickly handled by the property managers. We had a great trip to Oahu!

Perfect location and Villa

Clean, quality, and very well appointed with anything you might need and some things you didn't know you wanted but which made you say even better. It was great to have the rice cooker, instapot, etc. Location is unmatched and made the experience so comfortable with little kids who were able to walk easily to and from the beach and pool for multiple stress-free outings a day. We are hoping to stay again in the future.

Fabulous! Amazing condo complex. Beautiful, well equipped condo unit. Super oceanside location. Meticulously landscaped. Next to major hotels/resorts but fortunately not staying there.

Amazing vacation

This place is perfect for easy access to beach and pools. It was great for our family and we really enjoyed nightly dinners outside. The unit came with a ton of beach toys, snorkels and beach chairs. Could not have asked for a better vacation and we are already planning to return next year!

Wonderful Condo

We loved this condo at the Beach Villas! The location is excellent, a very short and easy walk to the Beach and Pool. Also walking distance to the Marina to catch an Ocean excursion, and a nice walking path along the beach. The condo was clean and stocked with all the basics we could need. Also beach chairs and umbrellas, which saved us from having to rent those. There were 4 adults, and we liked the privacy with 2 primary suites on each end. Plenty of room. The primary closet was stuffed with infant furniture and supplies, which we did not need and took up room. Maybe put those items in a separate closet? Not a big deal, we were able to move those around and make room. We loved the starter set of supplies and paper goods, those were generous enough to last our week long stay. A nice touch would have been to have a few bottled waters in the fridge for our arrival after the long travel day, but we hit the store soon after, and stocked up.Lanelle was excellent in communicating with us, as well as the staff at the front desk.Mahalo for a wonderful Hawaii vacation! We would definitely recommend this condo!

This villa had everything we needed and more! Our stay at Beach Villas At Ko Olina was amazing! Lanelle made everything so easy and accommodating for us! We celebrated Thanksgiving, our youngest son’s birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary while in Hawaii! A trip to remember!

Great location and apartment

Beach Villas has been our go-to place for the past ten years, with the exception of the COVID period. This was the first time we stayed in a ground-floor apartment that is really close to the beach and pools for the kids. This time, we had our grandkids (ages 4 and 6) with us. It was nice for them to just step outside from the kitchen door. Overall, the place is fantastic. The only thing I don't like about the management is their exaggerated notices about not parking the car perfectly straight or leaving a hat on the balcony table.

Great family vacation spot

First, Ko Olina Villas location is a great family vacation spot. It is a beautiful spot…quiet with calm beaches. Kio Olina Villas lagoon was the least busiest. Second, the unit was awesome. It was very clean with many cooking tools. The rooms were perfect for our family. Spacious! Loved it!
