The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).
- Villa Features -
This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa is located on the 6th floor of the Ocean Tower, offering breathtaking views of the Ocean Tower pool, as well as panoramic views of the ocean, coastline, and lush resort grounds from the lanai.
- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, private bath with a deep tub, double sinks, and a separate walk-in shower. The bedroom also includes a private lanai with views of the ocean and surrounding landscape.
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed with bathroom in the hall
- Third bedroom: Two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request, with its own private full bath.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with the option to sleep an additional 2 guests on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. (Maximum occupancy does not include children under 2 years old.)

- Sofa bed in the living room
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

Our office manages this an other properties in Ko Olina with an ownership interest in this and other Beach Villas in Ko Olina. We work exclusively in the Ko Olina Market. My wife, Victoria, and I live in the resort in Kai Lani, a Ko Olina Neighborhood, so we can put you in touch with people to help you make arrangements for snorkeling, diving or fishing while you are out here. There are always lots of details for trips like this and we will do all that we can to make you feel completely at home and to make your stay in Ko Olina as memorable as we can.
