House on one level with a staircase of three steps to reach the terrace, located South / South-West which bypasses the house, angled towards a second terrace facing north; equipped with tables, deck chairs, plancha with views of the pine forest.
An American kitchen opened on a living room, two rooms (which a parental room with room of water (shower) and independent toilet annexed. In the living room a spiral staircase that leads to the basement with two large bedrooms, with bathroom, bath, separate wc with beautiful views of the pine forest.

Alt und schmuddelig mit Abwasserproblemen

Das Haus ist alt, es ist voll mit Sachen des Besitzers (auch Küchen- und Badezimmerschränke) so dass man eigene Sachen kaum unter bekommt. Bei unserer Ankunft war es nur oberflächlich gereinigt worden (Geschirr war schmutzig, Herd, Grill schmierig, Boden nicht richtig sauber, Lichtschalter und Handläufe klebrig...), Wir haben erst vor Ort erfahren, dass die Endreinigung 150€ kosten soll (war auf der FeWo seite nicht angeben), auf der französischen Seite Abritel war die Endreinigung allerdings mit 100€angegeben... Das alles verhindert ein Wohlfühlen - die offensichtlich alte und überholungsbedürftige Abwasseranlage hat zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes so versagt, dass die untere Wohnung aufgrund des Gestanks nicht nutzbar war...das wurde zwar notdürftig soweit repariert, dass der Gestank in der Wohnug weg war, das Klo und Bad unten war aber bis zum Schluss nicht nutzbar...trotz der Mietminderung, die uns die Vermieterin schnell und problemlos zukommen gelassen hat, können wir das Haus, insbesondere die untere Kellerwohnung nicht empfehlen...

Maison très agréable fonctionnelle au calme avec une situation géographique parfaite au bord du golf . Seul regret très juste en équipement vaisselle pour huit personnes . Je recommande vivement cette adresse.
