In a perfect location in Lacanau-Océan, quiet yet very central, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and town center, lies this newly renovated and extended house with a fantastic wooden terrace and large garden (last works on house and garden will be done by april).
The house offers a bright, open-plan living area with an integrated kitchen, dining table, sofa area, Wi-Fi and access to the terrace. Additional a lovely roof terrace with a little workspace.
There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two bunk beds (one double and one single bed each). There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet, another bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
The beautifully landscaped garden features a terrace and garden furniture. Parking is available on the property.
Distances: Shops and restaurants approximately 400m, ocean 600m.
