Villa "du Lac", built in 2014. In the hamlet Les Bainasses 5 km from the centre of Lacanau-Ville, 7 km from the centre of Lacanau-Océan, 52 km from the centre of Bordeaux, 100 m from the lake, 7 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: well-kept garden 300 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 26.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, bus stop "Le huga" 4 km, sandy beach "Lacanau-Océan" 7 km, bathing lake "Etang de Lacanau" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km.
"Le Lac", 4-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, modern furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo et Nespresso) extra). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Partial view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Caution en liquide à bannir, on a jamais vu ça à l'heure d'internet et des empreintes de CB. Logement agréable, confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.

War eine sehr schöne Woche, in einem wunderschönen Haus ganz nah am See Lacanau ( ca. 100m). Nur das Wasser des Swimmingpools war sehr kalt. Aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben. Waren 4 Personen und vom Platzbedarf ausreichend (für 6 Personen wahrscheinlich etwas zu klein). Schränke sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner sehr gut. Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Die Gegend ist sehr gut zum Fahrrad fahren geeignet, es gibt weitläufige und gute Fahrradwege. Wir haben unsere Fahrradtouren direkt von der Unterkunft gestartet.

Für 6 Personen wäre mir das Haus zu klein, mit 4 Personen ist es sehr gut zu bewohnen. Die Lage am See ist hervorragend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe usw war absolut unkompliziert.

wir waren zu 4 mit Hund für 2 Wo. im Haus LeLac zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Keine 150 m zum See, Einkaufen 5 min mit dem Auto und auch zum Meer keine 10 min. Geschirr mehr als genug, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine top, Grill, alles vorhanden.4 Liegen im Garten, viele Stühle, Sonnenschirm am Pool, auch im Haus mehr als genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einziger kleiner Schönheitsfleck, das Holz im Außenbereich/Balkon würde sich über neue Farbe freuen

Zu zweit haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Das Haus ist unserer Meinung nach nicht für mehr als 4 Personen geeignet, auch wenn es Schlafplätze für 6 gibt, aber es wäre dann sehr eng... Auch gab es nur einen Schlüssel für das Haus, auch auf Nachfrage keinen zweiten Schlüssel... Es sollte auch bald einmal das Holz außen gestrichen werden, schade, wenn noch mehr Farbe abblättert. Wir würden aber nochmal das Haus buchen. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr sauberes Haus mit schöner Einrichtung. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb heimisch gefühlt. Am nicht bewerteten sehr gut ist leider eine Kleinigkeit Schuld. Ceran Kochfeld nicht befestigt und eine Herdplatte ließ sich nur sehr schwierig wieder ausschalten. Wir verbrachten zusätzliche Zeit in der Küche um sicher zu sein dass die Platte auch wirklich aus ist. Ansonsten jeder Zeit wieder

L’emplacement de la maison permet d’accéder à pieds au lac avec possibilité d’y naviguer. Quant au bord de mer, il est atteignable à environ 10 min. en voiture ou à environ 45 min. en vélo par les pistes cyclables.

la propreté de cette location laissait a désirervaisselle souillée toile d araignée , poussière abondante sous les lits , la piscine n a pas ete nettoyée en 7 jours de notre présence , lavabo et douche bouchés , de plus le personnel semblait surbooké et pas attentif , conclusion nous n avons pas été satisfait de cette location Conseils de voyage: La région ce sont les landes elle peut être agréable reposante

Sehr gut eingerichtetes, moder...

Sehr gut eingerichtetes, modernes Ferienhaus mit schöner Terrasse und Pool. Angenehme, ruhige Lage am Lac de Lacanau, wenn man sich abends dem Trubel von Lacanau Océan entziehen möchte. Mit dem Auto sind Lacanau Océan und der Supermarkt in Lacanau schnell erreicht. Praktisch ist der angebotene "Brötchenservice". Zwischen 7.30 Uhr und 8.30 Uhr kann man sich Montags bis Samstags Baguette, Croissant etc. ans Haus liefern lassen. Reisetipps: Der Strand von Carcans–Plage (10 km von Lacanau Océan entfernt) ist auch sehr schön und dort ist das Parken auf den Strandparkplätzen kostenlos.
