About this property

House 6-8p with swimming pool 19m, near Lacanau-Océan center and beaches!

Falling under the spell of life in Lacanau-ocean 8 years ago, we finally chose this pleasant house that we acquired 4 years ago as our second home. It is close to the center and the beaches, while being quiet, and you can do everything on foot or by bike! In 2023, we built this 19*3m swimming pool (unheated) which swimmers will particularly appreciate, and we redid the entire terrace for very pleasant exteriors. In 2024, we added a pétanque court for fans! The house has 4 very spacious, bright and pleasant bedrooms upstairs; and, downstairs, a large living room, a functional kitchen, a shower room with WC, and a bathroom with WC which we have just redone. But in summer, it is especially on the large terrace with plancha and garden furniture that we enjoy meeting up from breakfast to dinner, including an aperitif of course!

House of 120 m2 in residential and very quiet environment, facing East-South-West, with swimming lane of 19m*3m where you can really swim, large terrace, pétanque court, garden (900m2), outdoor shower for desalination returning from the beach, parking spaces, ideal for 6 to 8 people. Very close to the center of Lacanau ocean: 1 km from the beach and 500m from shops.
Outside: a plancha, garden furniture, table and chairs, deckchairs and sun loungers
On the ground floor: a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom (+ WC) and a renovated shower room + WC (+ a storage room)
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, three of which have a double bed (1 160 cm bed and 2 140 cm beds), one with 2 90 cm beds + a 90 cm bed on the mezzanine.
In Lacanau, in addition to the ocean, you can enjoy the lake, cycle paths and 3 golf courses!!

Equipment:
Kitchen: fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher for 8 place settings, toaster. Vacuum cleaner, iron, necessary for cleaning.
Bathroom: a shower, 2 sinks, 1 toilet + a washing machine
Shower room: a shower, 1 toilet + a small hand basin.
Rooms: 1 160 m bed, 2 140 m beds and 2 90 m beds.
Living room: armchairs, TV and wifi,

Great place to stay with a large family. The pool and terrace are perfect to spend the day. The beds are very comfortable. Keep in mind that the house has no aircon.The beach and city center are a 15 walk away. Communication with the owner was easy.

Een geweldige tijd!

Dit huis is alles wat je nodig hebt op vakantie! De eigenaar en lokale contactpersoon zijn vooraf en tijdens het bezoek zeer goed bereikbaar. De ligging van het huis is prima. Te voet ongeveer 15 minuten naar de boulevard of de verschillende strandopgangen. In het huis (en vooral de keuken) staat alles wat je nodig hebt. De tuin is groot en voorzien van veel verschillende zitplekken. En dan natuurlijk het zwembad... Dit maakt het plaatje compleet!

Wir hatten einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in Lacanau, sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Aussenbereich, Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer sehr gut und- fĂŒr Frankreich nicht selbstverstĂ€ndlich- sehr gute Matratzen/Betten. In der Vorsaison ruhig, gute Restaurants waren bereits geöffnet, viele Möglichkeiten auch zum Wandern und Radfahren, nicht nur fĂŒr Wassersport. Empfang unkompliziert, vielen Dank an Adele! Gerne wieder!

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis!

Nous avons séjourné trois semaines dans cette superbe maison, située à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Lacanau Océan et de sa grande plage. La météo a été favorable, nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse matin, midi ou en soirée, au calme, attablés, dans les canapés, les transats ou à l'eau, dans le couloir de nage juste époustouflant ! Pour l'effet waow, activez l'éclairage de la piscine dÚs la tombée du jour. Il y a de la place pour tout le monde, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Contacts et échanges trÚs agréables avec les propriétaires, soucieux de notre confort. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir dans cette maison. Sandrine & Family.

Grande maison bien équipée prÚs de la plage (500 m environ) et du centre ville (500 m environ). Emplacement super, terrasse trÚs sympa et pratique, grande chambre. TrÚs pratique avec enfants et amis. Déçue de ne pas avoir été en contact direct avec la propriétaire mais avec un agent immobilier qui impose quelques peu son organisation ; ce qui manque un peu de flexibilité et de souplesse pour l'arrivée. Sympathique cependant.
