Come and enjoy the charm of life in Lacanau-Océan at our pleasant holiday home, featuring a 19m x 3m lap pool (unheated) that swimmers will especially love! It is situated in a quiet area yet close to the center and the beaches, making it easy to get around on foot or by bike. Upstairs, the house offers four very spacious, bright, and inviting bedrooms; downstairs, there is a large living room, a functional kitchen, a shower room with a toilet, and a bathroom with a toilet—both recently renovated. In summer, however, the large terrace—equipped with a plancha grill and outdoor lounge furniture—is the perfect spot to gather from breakfast through to dinner (and for pre-dinner drinks, of course!). A pétanque court is also available for your use at the back of the house.

120 m² house in a very quiet residential setting, facing East-South-West. Features include a 19m x 3m lap pool (suitable for actual swimming), a large terrace, a pétanque court, a garden, an outdoor shower (ideal for rinsing off after the beach), and parking spaces; ideal for 6 to 8 people. Very close to the center of Lacanau-Océan: 1 km from the beach and 500m from shops.
Outdoors: plancha grill, outdoor lounge area, table and chairs, deckchairs, and sun loungers.
Ground floor: kitchen, large living room, bathroom (with toilet), and shower room (with toilet)—both newly renovated—plus a storage room.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms—three with double beds (one 160cm bed and two 140cm beds) and one with two 90cm single beds.

In Lacanau, beyond the ocean, you can enjoy the lake, cycling paths, and three golf courses!

Great place to stay with a large family. The pool and terrace are perfect to spend the day. The beds are very comfortable. Keep in mind that the house has no aircon.The beach and city center are a 15 walk away. Communication with the owner was easy.

Een geweldige tijd!

Dit huis is alles wat je nodig hebt op vakantie! De eigenaar en lokale contactpersoon zijn vooraf en tijdens het bezoek zeer goed bereikbaar. De ligging van het huis is prima. Te voet ongeveer 15 minuten naar de boulevard of de verschillende strandopgangen. In het huis (en vooral de keuken) staat alles wat je nodig hebt. De tuin is groot en voorzien van veel verschillende zitplekken. En dan natuurlijk het zwembad... Dit maakt het plaatje compleet!

Gerne wieder, sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in Lacanau, sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Aussenbereich, Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer sehr gut und- für Frankreich nicht selbstverständlich- sehr gute Matratzen/Betten. In der Vorsaison ruhig, gute Restaurants waren bereits geöffnet, viele Möglichkeiten auch zum Wandern und Radfahren, nicht nur für Wassersport. Empfang unkompliziert, vielen Dank an Adele! Gerne wieder!

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis!

Nous avons séjourné trois semaines dans cette superbe maison, située à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Lacanau Océan et de sa grande plage. La météo a été favorable, nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse matin, midi ou en soirée, au calme, attablés, dans les canapés, les transats ou à l'eau, dans le couloir de nage juste époustouflant ! Pour l'effet waow, activez l'éclairage de la piscine dès la tombée du jour. Il y a de la place pour tout le monde, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Contacts et échanges très agréables avec les propriétaires, soucieux de notre confort. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir dans cette maison. Sandrine & Family.

Maison très agréable - plage et centre ville accessible à pied

Grande maison bien équipée près de la plage (500 m environ) et du centre ville (500 m environ). Emplacement super, terrasse très sympa et pratique, grande chambre. Très pratique avec enfants et amis. Déçue de ne pas avoir été en contact direct avec la propriétaire mais avec un agent immobilier qui impose quelques peu son organisation ; ce qui manque un peu de flexibilité et de souplesse pour l'arrivée. Sympathique cependant.

Idéal en famille

Maison très agréable principalement la terrasse avec les canapés et les luminaires pour le soir, La douche extérieur très pratique en rentrant de la plage Petit bémol sur le jardin qui n’était Pas entretenu lorsqu’on y a séjourné La perpective de la photo également laisse penser un jardin plus grand et donnant sur la route ce qui n'est pas Le cas mais le voisinage est très agréable Nous y avons passé une semaine à deux familles et malgré une petite salle de bain nous sommes très content de notre séjours
