Villa Joe Polly Lacanau Ocean

Pretty little house, ideally located, right in the heart of the pedestrian walkways and only 2 minutes walk from the seafront.
Renovated very recently, the house is very nice.
on the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine), living room (sofa bed 1 place). A room with double bed and possibility to put cot umbrella for baby. In enfilade, room of water (cabin of shower) and toilet.
Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed, and a mezzanine area with 3 single beds and 1 fireside (ideal space for children)
In joint ownership, a garden parking to share (possibility to park 2 cars), but private terrace.
Once you have parked the car, you will not need to touch it all your vacation. The house is in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars and disco and only 2 minutes from the central beach.

Très bonne maison avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous avons apprécié la situation en plein centre ville. La communication avec les propriétaires a été parfaite. La douche extérieure est très appréciable et le parking privé est vraiment un plus.

Nice house, nice garden but unconfortable

we had a good time at this accommondation. It is situatet just 2 mins from the beach, which is great! also the garden is perfect to relax! Also there is everything you need in the house! Saddly there are a few points that weren't that comfortable! Firts one was the bathroom. You could only reach the bathroom through one of the sleeping rooms or from the outside. You can't close the door to the sleeping room! This was really uncomfortable, you heard and smelled everything in the sleeping room and you had to go outside everytime you wanted to go to the bathroom. So nearly no private room in the whole house. Also the beds were mostly terribly. In two you couldn't sleep, because it was this uncomfortable. In the end we endet up sharing one of the "good" beds and one of us had to sleep on the couch. And there is no end cleaning. We didn't knew this and receved a mail that was just disrespectful. We were called childish. This is really unprofessional. Also the cooking plate isn't working good. It was hard to boil water. So even making spagetti was a hard task.
