Vue imprenable sur la mer

Appartement visiblement en cours de rénovation (fenêtre, chauffage électrique), qui exigerait d'être terminée (Peintures à rafraîchir ; salle de bains pas du niveau du reste de l'appartement, hotte aspirante de cuisine curieusement absente !) pour que l'impression soit totalement positive. C'est dommage car l'appartement est très bien placé, bien équipé et très agréable (chambre non exposée au désagrément de la tempête !).

nous avons apprécié la vue et le parking privé le logement était propre à notre arrivée (bien nettoyé par les prédécesseurs) mais le ménage à fond (plinthes,portes,cadres de portes,intérieur des éléments de cuisine) laissait à désirer.

Emplacement parfait!

L'agence immobilière est top! Ils ont très vite réagi à un petit souci dans la cuisine. L'appartement est basique mais assez fonctionnel avec une vue très agréable, face à la mer à admirer les beaux couchers de soleil ! Même en faisant la vaisselle ;-)
