New for 2024 Air conditioning in the great room and two en-suite bedrooms. Great home for multi-generational gatherings of family & friends. 5 bedrooms sleep 12 guests.1.6 miles from The Bretton Woods ski resort. 1.8 miles to the Mount Washington Hotel. Ideal White Mountains location for skiing & outdoor fun. Unit provides Pack-n-play, toddler bed & children's toys.
Main floor has updated kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pots & pans guests should need. Open concept living & dining space with wood burning fireplace & vaulted ceilings and a glorious view of the Bretton Woods Ski resort. New for 2024 air conditioning. Off the foyer French doors open to a bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom shares a Jack-N-Jill bathroom with the living area. Main floor has a large deck for soaking up the sun.
Upstairs has two en-suite bedrooms for extended privacy. First is larger & has a king sized bed. The second en-suite bedroom has a queen bed. both have air conditioning.
Ground floor has a large room for entertainment, two bedrooms & a full bathroom. Shuffleboard & Foosball tables offer hours of entertainment value. First bedroom offers a space for play. Outfitted with two singles and a bunk bed. The smaller second bedroom has a queen bed.

Just perfect!!

The house had everything we needed for a great weekend away. There was plenty of space for all kids and adults (3 families!) to chat, play, and relax.

Great spot near Bretton Woods

Great spot and host! Very versatile space for families with nice playroom downstairs. Easy access to Bretton Woods, Mt Washington Hotel, Franconia Notch, Santa's Village, Cog Railway, etc. Would stay here again!

Golf trip

Enjoyed a very nice golf trip at Mount Washington, the accommodations were everything that we were hoping to get, there was eight people, we had plenty of room, plenty of beds and everyone enjoyed their stay very much, we will be renting this unit again next year

Weekend Family Stay to Visit Santa's Villiage

This property worked well for our combined family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. We stayed Friday to Sunday and went to Santa's Village on Saturday. The grandkids really enjoyed the house and we took Christmas pictures for cards in front of the fireplace. We had 2 other groups of friends and their families that stayed nearby and we all got together for Santa's Village and a 60th birthday celebration for one of the friends in their rental. The weather was great and all hada wonderful time!

Great Stay in the White Mountains

George's place was the perfect size for all 8 of us. The house was very clean, centrally located to all the major hiking spots, and check-in couldn't have been easier. We were 2 families, each with a 12 year old and a 10 year old and the house had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back for ski season. Thanks, George!

Great Rental for Multi Family Trip

Great spot for a long weekend away with 3 families - 6 adults and 2 young children. Had plenty of room so we could all have privacy sleeping. Was nice to be able to meet up in that common area and still have our own space! The dining table was large and fit everyone easily. We cooked most of our meals at the rental and it had most everything we needed. No hot tub/spa whirlpool like listed. Close to many hiking/walking trails and only 25 minutes from Santa's Village where we spent a day. Easy to find and all communications were quick and helpful! Easy rental process!

Nothing has ever been this easy....

The unit was easy to find with the directions provided. I was having trouble with the door code and before I could find the number to call, George from VRBO called me ! He gave me a temporary passcode to gain entrance and before I was done unloading the car, the issue had been rectified. The unit was exactly as represented in the pictures. It could use a little TLC as some of the windows would not open due to old wood swelling, the ceiling fans in all of the rooms were a life saver but were in serious need of cleaning. Everything else was spotless and they are not kidding about be child friendly ( the first time I didn't have a child with me). Thank you so very much for a wonderful weekend,

The water was hooked up backwards. Had cold showers and washed clothes in Hot water when Cold was selected.Also there is no way to get rid of trash on Thursday which was the last day of out stay.

Summer family weekend

We stayed for a long weekend. Our extended family all fit comfortable into the condo with plenty of space both personal space and nice big shared spaces where we could play games, relax and eat all together. Especially loved the table games! We all had a blast! The owner was readily available for anything we needed and very easy to contact! Condo had all the amenities and more and everything was easily accessible. It was a bonus that there was air conditioning which we did need the first night. We were very comfortable! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Fabulous ski condo

We have stayed in this condo complex before and love the location right across from Bretton Woods. They also have a cool trail system around the outside for snowshoeing/hiking. The property owner was awesome. He was incredible about communicating and even let us come in early and leave late due to the cleaning schedule. Condo is great for a big group. We had 12. 6 kids and 6 adults. The kids loved having the lower floor bedrooms and game room. Thank you for a fabulous weekend. Would definitely rent here again.

Family Getaway

Conveniently located near the base of Mt Washington for hiking and traveling to local attractions such as Polar Caves, Santa's Village, Clark's Bears. N Conway, etc. The basement had a rec room and TV which provided a great place for the kids to hang out in the evenings separate from the adults. Would book again!

Great place to stay for a winter ski vacation

This place has everything you need with plenty of space for a multi-generational group. It is close to skiing as well as many nearby locations to snowshoe. The fireplace was great to relax at night and the game room downstairs with shuffleboard and foosball kept us all entertained. 5 bedrooms and 4 showers provided privacy for all. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. You cannot ask for a better owner who was quick to communicate and provide information. Would highly recommend this place.

It was obviously disappointing to not have power, therefore usage of the unit, for the first day. I would expect some sort of refund for this. I appreciate it was not the homeowner's fault, but this was beyond a "bad weather day - can't ski, can't use the lodge, etc".

Cousins Annual Trip

Condo was perfect! Had absolutely everything needed to make a stay for 11 people a memorable NH weekend away to socialize in the open floor plan and game room, while being comfortable & having privacy with the 5 bedrooms :) Highly recommend this property! Beautiful location and views to top it off!

Why they chose this property

We spent several years looking for the perfect spot to share. We wanted a ski house with two en-suite bedrooms with separate entertaining areas. One for the adults and one for the kids. Bretton Woods hadn't really been on our radar until we visited friends at their condo which is about 200 feet away. After having a great weekend at BW we looked at the Condo and made an offer a few days later. Being in the White Mountains offers 4 season adventure. Bretton Woods is a great family mountain that offers a great secluded White Mountian National Forest & snow sports experience.
