The host went above and beyond to help me with my stay. This street and home are absolutely adorable. It was well-furbished, easy to access , great location. You can see the water from the great hang-out roof-top deck as well. We loved spending time there. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time and enjoyed the location. The unit is in need of upkeep, needs fresh paint, minor repairs, new dishes and more kitchen essentials like baking sheets or pans. There seemed to be a sewage smell that would come and go throughout the stay. The shades on the windows are sheer so there is no sleeping in as full light comes through the windows when the sun comes up.

We're so glad you loved the amazing located and that you enjoyed your vacation in our beautiful home. We appreciate your comments and will investigate them further. Many of our guests comment how they love the ocean air and leave the windows open, especially in the bedroom since it's on the sunset side. Lovely place and lovely location

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this lovely place. The owner of the lower duplex was incredibly friendly, and the whole neighborhood had a welcoming vibe. It was an easy walk to the ocean. Sherman Gardens is just a few blocks away and has a stellar lunch in addition to beautiful grounds. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice property and in a great location that’s close to local restaurants and stores, and has a lovely view of the Ocean. The only thing that I would recommend is that the bed linens and pillows are replaced. The host is very responsive to messages.

I booked this property because I was getting married at Five Crowns Restaurant and I wanted my family and I to stay close by. I have mixed feelings about my experience staying at this property. There were definitely pros and cons. Pros: -Great location-Nice layout for families-Close to the park-The top patio with ocean views was great for relaxing-Designated parking spotCons:-Window shades are sheer, and you will not be able to sleep once the sun rises. We actually cut our trip short one night because of this. We couldn’t handle another night of less sleep. -The rules while staying here are extensive-I received a call from the host after my photographer arrived to take pictures of us getting ready for the wedding. He was dressed up for the wedding and looked very professional. The host questioned me about why he was there and the way she said it felt judgemental and racist.
