Agreable appartement bien situĂ© manque d'Ă©quipements genre patĂšres dans la salle de bain et Ă©tagĂšre dans la douche pour poser les flacons equipements gĂ©nĂ©ral assez bas de gamme les etiquettes sont mĂȘme visibles sur les meubles canapĂ© en fin de vie manque un peu de vaisselles et aucun intĂ©rĂȘt d avoir 2 tout petit frigo il vaudrait mieux un grand avec congĂ©lateur et du rangemenrs pour les courses Parking dispo derriere l'appartement apprĂ©ciable

Mitigé mais bon appartement.

Excellent emplacement, la présence d'un restaurant en dessous est à prendre en compte pour le bruit induit jusqu'à la fermeture... L'appartement, climatisé, bien équipé, une bonne literie, un stationnement bien pratique, à pour moi, besoin d'un coup de frais, nettoyage complet et reprise des petits défauts dut au temps comme les joints des carrelages muraux, traces sur les murs, vaisselle dépareillée, mobilier premier prix, la qualité perçue s'en ressent. La pose de stores extérieurs voir de volet serait un gros plus car exposé plein est (levé du soleil).
