The space:
We now have a retractable awning that provides shade for the picnic table area!
This tiny home is an eco-friendly design. You can expect to find all the comforts of home while living in the Bigfoot Bungalow experience.This tiny home cabin is located on a wooded lot with privacy and seclusion. Decorated with a Pacific Northwest, vintage, Bigfoot flare. Come enjoy the outdoors with a hammock, fire pit area, BBQ and picnic table. This tiny home is a beautiful , all wood tongue and groove walls with a fridge, stove, microwave. It is 160 sq. ft. open floor plan, open to 2 queen beds and a private bathroom. Brand new queen size Purple mattress with warm, cozy bedding. The upper loft has a queen 5 inch memory foam, with sleeping bags that can be zipped together for couples. The loft is best suited for children. Max weight is 600lbs.
NO WIFI or TV for a reason:). Or Bring your own!!! We are here to help you come and truly connect with your loved ones for one night or for the summer. Or simply getaway for some solo time. There is a table that could be used for an office, and of course if you have mobile hot spot, you can still work or access internet of your own. Bathroom has a shower and toilet. Fully stocked kitchen with sink,microwave, oven/stove, fridge with small freezer. Kuerig k-cup machine, pots,pans, mixing bowls, kitchen tools, plates, bowls, mugs, utensils, hand mixer, spices, oil, wine glasses.
The neighborhood and security:
This tiny home is located in Cheney, WA . On a dead end road. Very Quiet. A rural living area, This lot is 10 acres. Country living yet close to city. The tiny home has locks on all windows, a lockbox with access code provided day of arrival, access road is lined with solar powered lamps for night time lighting and safe late arrivals.
Nearby is Hunting, fishing, hiking and biking, and lake activities. Take a walk in the neighborhood or drive a short distance and enjoy Fish lake, and the paved Fish Lake Trail that connects to Centennial trail system in Spokane for biking and hiking. The perfect getaway without having to travel hours, or if you are in Spokane area for an event this is where you will want to call home. 15 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from Spokane International airport.
getting around:
You will need to drive to location. Access road is gravel. Then once here you can ride bikes, hike, whatever suites your desire.
Disconnect from your phones, truly relax. Listen to the wildlife that is in area. Wild Turkeys, Elk, coyotes and Trains ( lol) The trains are 1.5 miles away and can be heard at random times, but not as much as the turkey.
This may get you out of your normal comfort zone! Which is something we fully encourage; to seek discomfort and challenge the status quo. Now that being said, going tiny doesn’t mean sacrificing on any amenities and luxuries of home.
