About this property

3 bedroom 2 bath waterfront house with pool , lanai, grill, dock. This house is located in great quiet and safe area in Southeast Cape Coral. Surrounded by nice garden with avocado, banana and lime trees. The house was built in 1989 and is decorated with Tropical Island Style. Direct access to dock. Quiet neighborhood.

A car is highly recommended, the centre of Cape Coral is about 2 miles. The beach about 5 miles.

Great place to stay!

We spent 5 days in this home - and it couldn’t have been better. Spotless everywhere, anything we could possibly need was provided (including to softest bath towels ever). We enjoyed the pool and hot tub immensely, and the property owner was responsive, kind and accommodating. I can’t recommend this home highly enough. Location was easy to get to restaurants etc, but then so nice to come home to the quiet. I hope to come back again next year!
