Coral Cove is a Twinhome located in the heart of the Waterfront Wonderland of Cape Coral. This lucky little gem contains 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. All Bedrooms have King beds. Guests have access to the beautiful aqua blue pool and hot tub in the screened in Lanai. Inside the home you'll find a kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to cook a fine meal, vaulted ceilings which creates a lot of space and a big screen smart TV to binge your favorite Netflix series as you relax on the nice new sofas.

Unique benefits of this vacation home include a 100% private pool area. Although this home is a Twinhome, while the VRBO guests are enjoying their stay, they will have access and complete privacy when using the heated pool and hot tub. They are able to enjoy the floaties, dive toys, swim gear and towels during their stay. There is even a very unique flower shower that the guests can use to rinse off after a swim in the pool. Just turn the left red valve to on and the water will flow. It is a piece of art. Inside the home you will find gorgeous and eclectic furniture your eyes will certainly enjoy. Relaxing Vacation

House was perfect for our Spring Break stay, we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location is excellent, with many great restaurants and activities within a short drive.

Great place to relax

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect getaway spot. We had a slight issue and the owner came right away and took care of it. We won't hesitate to book again.

Very nice place and location.Everything was clean and everything inside was as it was described by the owners.It’s a twin house but we had our own private pool and our private space.There’s Publix store literally 2 minutes away and Walmart 5-6 minutes driving.A lot good seafood and other restaurants in the area.I definitely recommend this place

Great low-key vacay in Florida sunshine

A great get-away without the hassle of Spring breakers. Neighborhood is perfect for walking in the morning. Grocery is a block away. Fenced in pool is great. The yard is not fenced- so if you have little kids you might want to note that, but location is very quiet and felt very safe.

We had a great time and John was super accommodating as the kids generally were too tired to swim in the pool in the evening and spent most mornings in the pool instead. He changed the heater settings so it would be comfortable for them in the morning. Thank you!!

Family Friendly w Great Location

This property provided a wonderful getaway for our family of six! The rooms were spacious and the pool and hot tub provided hours of fun. The grocery store was just down the street to keep our teens and school age kids fed. The full kitchen and Weber grill allowed us to eat many meals in to keep us on budget during our week long vacation. Property owners John and Samantha are super laid back and addressed any need we had, which weren’t many at this awesome place!

Nice clean property. Open concept floorplan. Super comfy beds!! Great central location. The owners were very responsive, friendly. They do need to stock microwave-safe dishes, paper products, Clorox wipes,etc.

Simple and clean

Property was simple and clean and met our needs for the week. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. The owners were also very responsive to any of our needs or questions. Location was right down the street from a grocery store and about 10 minutes from some good restaurants. We did ask if there was any possibility of an earlier check-in since we were taking a red eye and were hoping to get into the property late morning or early afternoon. Check-in and out times were not flexible and we did have to pay for an extra night to get any access earlier than 4 pm. Also, the pool and hot tub are actually behind the duplex next door, which the owner also owns. I can tell they tried to ensure it felt private while we were there, but the setup was a little unexpected for us since the pool and hot tub are outside their back door. The hot tub was cold when we first got there, but the owner worked quickly to get it re-programmed. It was cold again on our last night, and I think he would have responded quickly again, but we didn’t want to reach out and wait for it to be heated at that point. Overall, it was a decent property.

A great escape to Florida!

We had an awesome time. The home was in great shape clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was easy and a very quick response to any and all questions! The house was exactly as described plenty of space very well laid out for two families. We would definitely return and highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful Property, We will come back..

Sam and her team were gracious and allowed us to book her property before it was 100% completely ready. They are doing a wonderful job putting finishing touches on their new rental. Samantha, John and their team know what they are doing. Property was clean & comfortable and the shared pool was wonderful and warm. The Hot tub was the perfect spot to wind down in the evening.
