Excellent Getaway!

Wanted to try something different this year, with the worry of Covid wanted something more private but still a vacation and this home was perfect! Kids loved the pool and it was a short drive to beaches and plenty of good spots to eat.

Wonderful

We've stayed a few years in a row in the Cape Coral area and Villa Oasis is by far the best. Very comfortable, clean and beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Cape Coral in May/June

We stay at a fair number of VRBO locations and this one is the nicest one we've stayed at. Incredibly clean, spacious, and accommodating for my wife and me, along with visits from our son and daughter-in-law who live in Ft. Myers. Wolfgang and Peter were wonderful to work with and their follow up was great. This location would get my highest recommendation!

Beautiful, quiet, amazing pool, very clean. Highly recommend this property!

This amazing home looks even better in person. Neighborhood is very quiet, pool is beautiful and sunsets are amazing. Full use of garage to park your car. They provide chairs, towels and umbrellas for beach trips. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing vacation. Owners were very quick to respond and genuinely wanted our stay to be perfect. House is relatively new construction and immaculately clean. Nicely decorated with beach theme. Plenty of pool chairs and lounges for sun bathing. Will rent this home again when we travel to Cape Coral or Fort Myers!!

Perfect Social Distancing Getaway

We have never stayed in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area, even though we typically visit Florida once a year or so. We were unsure on whether we wanted to attempt to vacation this summer or not, but we desperately needed a change of scenery, due to the last several months of social distancing and quarantine. The only requirement was that we find a nice home with a pool and lanai, as our kids (ages 8 and 10) just wanted to swim all week, within distance to a beach and restaurants. Nothing else. It's hard to buy/book anything online. You just never know if you're gonna get exactly what you're hoping for, but when we opened the front door to Villa Oasis, we were blown away by the cleanliness, attention to detail and just the beautiful home that we were going to spend the next week in. There wasn't one thing out of place and it was extremely clean. The kitchen was perfect. The showers were immaculate. The bedrooms were nicely decorated. The lanai and pool area was incredible (we had SO much fun). The canal off the back of the house was perfect for my husband and one of my sons to fish (they caught 7 fish - blue gill, white bass and catfish). We didn't use the BBQ on the back patio, but the fact that it was there is SO nice. We also didn't use the hot tub (it was 90+ degrees the entire time and NO rain), but we almost did! The lanai helped keep critters/bugs away -- and the seating area was such a nice touch. We spent almost all day swimming or sitting outside. The neighborhood was safe, easy to find and we enjoyed watching fireworks around the pool over the canal (there were SO many neighbors providing a great show). We loved it so much that we drove around looking for homes to buy. Haha! :) We went to Sanibel Beach one day (30-40 min drive) and drove through Matlacha, per the suggestion of the property manager. Such a cute little town. BUT - we came to eat and swim, and we didn't spend too much time away from the house. Petra and Wolfgang, we could tell that you love your Cape Coral home. We WILL be back. Your property management team was super helpful and we loved meeting them! Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous home! If I could give your home 10 stars, I would. I could give this home 10 stars, I would.

Beautiful place with lots of great features!

This stay is an all in one deal and has everything you need in a vacation rental! Great features and amenities, as well as a great location to access food and beaches. Petra and Frank were very flexible and had great communication. I definitely will be back!

Paradise Awaits You

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home!! Wolfgang, Petra, and Peter the manager were fabulous and super helpful with any of our questions. We stay in alot of VRBOs and this one was the best. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday!

Villa Oasis is Excellent!

I came here with my wife and 21 and 18 year old “kids.” All four of us loved it! The property is exactly how it is described. The pool and spa are beautiful. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything one would need for meal prep. The sound system in the living room is excellent and fun to cook with. There is PLENTY of closet and storage space. All the furnishings and decorations are very high quality and quite comfortable. The surrounding area is quiet, but all the amenities you’d need (groceries, drinks, restaurants, etc) are very close by. Wolfgang (owner) and Peter (manager) were accommodating, answered all our questions, and were easily accessible if we needed anything. We have quite a bit of experience with renting VRBO’s, and I can easily say that this is one of the best we’ve experienced. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolute paradise!

Villa Oasis was the perfect destination for our post-COVID getaway! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Both the owners and property manager were excellent to deal with. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely be back next year.

Immaculate and Exceptional Property

We loved staying at the Villa Oasis. Super clean, well appointed and professionally decorated . The entire house was inviting , open air and comfortable. Pool area was magnificent and view was so relaxing. We found it hard to leave and ended up staying in for dinner most of the time so we could enjoy the surrounding . Owner and property manager were responsive and welcoming. 5 stars all the way

Fabulous Oasis

Relaxing retirement

We came to the Villa Oasis for a relaxing time and that’s exactly what we got. Home is beautiful and communication with the owner was great. Any questions we needed answered was done by Peter the care taker of the property. He was always handy and available.

Peaceful Pelican

The Villa Oasis is perfectly appointed for a relaxing peaceful getaway. Spending the holidays and bringing in the New Year here was just what we needed. The location was convenient, but we really didn't even need to leave the house to enjoy our stay.

Family getaway

What a fantastic vacation! This house has everything you’ll need and more. Our family of 4 wanted a fun, safe escape during COVID, and this property was perfect for that. The pool and spa were well used during our stay, as was the grill! Everything was just gorgeous, and we are hoping to do a return trip some time! The owners were also very attentive and easy to communicate with via email, and quick to respond. Peter was a great bonus, coming over the first day you arrive to show you the in’s and out’s of the property and answer all questions. Highly recommend this place!!

Amazing Property!

This house is amazing in every way! It was beautiful in every way and immaculate. The outdoor pool and patio area were even better!! Inside and Out there was NOTHING that the owners didn’t think of. We have never been to a vacation home as well equipped as this beautiful home! We will be back for sure!

Truly an Oasis

We had a wonderful week at Villa Oasis. The home is beautiful, well equipped and very clean. Peter, the property manager, was very responsive and helped us with several things in the first few days. The pool is delightful and we took full use of the large barbecue. We have already made plans to return.

Great location and fantastic property

Perfect size for our family of 4 but could've easily held 2 more adults. Super clean and well kept. Cool refreshing pool and enty of lounge area. My son broke his arm this summer so we especially loved the shallow area he could sit in and still enjoy the pool. Outdoor area alone was why we stayed but indoor was just as great! Showers were luxurious and linens were fresh and fluffy. Kitchen is very well equipped with a great selection of pots, pans, cooking tools and pantry staples. Smart TV and comfy couches to enjoy on rainy days. Loved being on the canal and having the option to bring/rent a boat. Exactly what I would hope every property would be like on VRBO!

Fantastic
