With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, this tranquil retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. You'll find all the comforts of home here, from AC and WiFi to a hair dryer and washing machine. The 3 bathrooms offer a bathtub, shower, and another hair dryer for added convenience. We think our place will help you experience everything Cape Coral has to offer. House has a brand new, regulation sized Pickleball court with permanent net and a new saltwater pool with hot tub. Home comes with all essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. Outdoor BBQ and seating also provided to enjoy the South Florida afternoons. House is close to restaurants, bowling alley, water park, golf and many other attractions. Sanibel and Captiva islands are also a short drive away.

Why they chose this property
Cape Coral is a beautiful city with a small town feel. Close to beaches but especially to the Lake Kennedy Racquet Center. As pickleball is our passion, we wanted to be close to all of the tournaments. We had a pickleball court built on the property to practice and enjoy the sport with friends and family. We hope all of our guests take advantage of this.
What makes this property unique
Our home is a brand new smart house. The pool and hot tub are also new and a great way to relax after spending the day at the pickleball court.
