We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday apartment. The place was beautifully decorated, very cozy, and made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless clean, and you could tell that great care was taken in preparing the space for guests. It’s in a perfect location, quiet yet close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Just Wow!

Thank you, thank you for such a great relaxation vacation. The home was the cleanest home we have ever rented and the lanai was huge with absolutely breath taking views. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Great Family Vacation Home!

This home was wonderful! The hosts are extremely helpful, wonderful with communication and care a lot about your stay. Our girls (3 & 6) loved our “holiday house” as they called it. Swam everyday, played games, used the beach toys. My husband and I enjoyed our trip and felt we had everything we could possibly need! This area is also a wonderful jump off point for must see points of interest less than 30-60 minutes drive. We will definitely stay at one of the host properties again, thank you!!

Family vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at the Cozy Cape Cottage! Stu and Cathy are wonderful hosts and were extremely responsive when needed. The location is beautiful and perfect for toddlers. I would definitely recommend this property for a vacation for anyone looking to relax by the water.

Amazing outdoor space

The pool and views from the backyard are wonderful! The setting is peaceful and there are some amazing sunsets. The house is fully equipped and very clean. We hope to stay here again next time we visit the area.

Quiet and Comfortable

We had a wonderful time and loved this house. Our kids loved the bunk bed room. And the pool was great. The beds were comfortable and the house truly was cozy as described.

Great home on the water

My wife and I stayed five nights at the home. It was exactly like the pictures and very well stocked. Location was good as well as it. Kind of put us in the middle of the different things we wanted to do. We would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and great location.

This is the cleanest rental at which we’ve ever stayed. The host was accessible although we didn’t need anything. The pool and lanai are gorgeous. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds (except the lower bunk bed but fine for a kid). We loved having coffee and watching the boats go by in the canal. It was close to a grocery store, Starbucks and a lot of restaurants. Access to Sanibel was close as well and we hit the beach twice with the beach supplies provided. We would stay again.

Perfect Cape Coral get away

From the minute we started our vacation to the day we left we enjoyed the peaceful beauty of this well appointed cottage. The views are beautiful from morning to well after nightfall. Stu was readily available for any questions or requests we had. We plan to return next November. we recommend the cozy Cape Cottage.

Dream vacations

Great holidays in this beautiful house in Cape Coral with wonderful views over pool and garden to the water canals. We have seen manatees and dolphins. The house is very well equipped with kitchen, living room and bed rooms and is also equipped to go to the beach. We rented a boat and have unforgettable memories of driving in the canals and the river. We also drove by car to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers (sunsets are phantastic). We already miss it!

Fabulous place to stay with family

We just returned from our vacation in Cape Coral. We had a great time at the Cozy Cape Cottage, we have 4 children between the ages of 6 and 12, and the house was perfect! We all loved the backyard pool area, and had fun fishing off the dock. My son even caught a large Jack fish! We rented a boat for two of the days and it was great to have the canal in back. It seemed to be a great central location, we visited downtown Ft. Myers, FMB, and Sanibel. The house was super clean, and communication was easy and prompt. Thanks for the great home to stay at, we hope to stay at more of your properties in the future!

Great Vacation Experience

The house was probably the most well-equipped VRBO home my family and I have experienced. We literally did not have to bring anything. The house was super clean and extremely comfortable. Our 3 kids spent most of their time going from the pool to the game area in the garage. We didn’t have to leave the house to keep them entertained. The hosts communicated very well leading up to the trip, and they made the check-in and check-out process simple and seamless. This was definitely a 5-Star vacation experience.

Our family enjoyed staying here so much! The home was perfect and had everything we needed and more! The view in the back is beautiful & hosts the perfect nightly sunsets! My husband and I biked around the neighborhood on the bikes provided, attempted to kayak lol, the kids enjoyed the pool daily, the hot tub is amazing, and we enjoyed dinner on the lanai too! It’s also close to many beaches and fun activities! I highly recommend this property and would definitely return!

It's all about location, location, location and we also wanted to completely remodel a home to create the perfect getaway for our family, friends and guests. We searched many homes for the perfect one and found it! We love Cape Coral so much that we purchased six additional homes in the area so we could share our Florida Adventures with our ever growing, family/friends and your "family and friends" as well. This home views a double wide amazing canal as well as the sunset. It is in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of SE Cape Coral. We have been visiting Cape Coral for our entire married life. Love the area, and I think you will too.

What makes this property unique

This home has been completely renovated and decorated in a cozy cottage beach style that you will love. You will fall in love with the backyard pool, patio, lanai, canal, dock and sunsets - WE DID! The neighborhood is close to shopping and anything you might need, yet is very peaceful for a long walk or bike ride. A short drive to the many sights and activities including our favorite stomping grounds at Sanibel/Captiva or Fort Myers Beach. We rent a boat and cruise the canals, The Caloosahatchee River or head over to Sanibel for the day.

We provide Kayaks, Paddleboard, bicycles and a game room in the garage.
