Beautiful beachfront property with amazing location. Remodeled first floor in 2019 with a bright, modern beach house aesthetic. Includes a bedroom with a balcony and gorgeous view of the lake, a second bedroom for kids with two bunk beds plus a queen-size bed, luxurious upstairs bathroom as well as full bathroom in the basement, in-house washer/dryer, open kitchen fitted with all necessary appliances, large living space with TV, gas fireplace, and sectional. Private beach access and deck space for watching stunning sunsets over the lake. Great community, just a few doors down from Marge’s Lakeside Inn, which offers drinks and live music. Within easy walking distance of several restaurants and bars, a boat launch onto the Irondequoit Bay, and Sea Breeze Amusement Park. Extremely family-friendly but can also be enjoyed by couples, singles, friend groups looking for a getaway- just about anyone!

Such a great place!

The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The beach was beautiful, you don’t even feel like you’re in Rochester. Perfect way to end the summer !

Home for the Holidays

This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting our family who still lives in Rochester. Very clean and all basic necessities provided. Owner even went above expectations and provided a pack and play for our baby. It was a comfortable and easy transition while back home. Would stay again!

Great family beach get away

Great location for our family vacation! We loved having the beach and the bay at our door steps! The updates that have been done are beautiful and the property was very clean! We loved the open concept of the main living space and we spent quite a bit of time on the deck off of the back of the house! Having the live entertainment a few houses away was perfect!

Beach week

This was our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it ! The beach , sunsets and location are like no other . The house is beautiful and has everything you need , just bring clothes and food . Check in is simple and communicate is perfect. I hope we can stay again next year.

Lake/Beach house

Our family could not have been happier with this lovely home. The homes location was more than perfect. Our 2 year old granddaughter was with us and loved the beach as well as the playground across the street and the ice cream stand! I would recommend this property and we are hoping that we can visit it again if not in the near future definitely next year this time! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Beautiful Views from a Beautiful Home

We so enjoyed this last vacation of summer at this beautiful home. Whether the weather was cooperating or not, the views of the bay and the lake can't be beat. The house is very clean and attractive with a modern kitchen. Our boys loved digging in the sand, and we loved sitting on the beach and watching them. Thanks to our gracious host for a lovely time.

Beat beach house I've ever rented. The pictures do not do it justice. So much nicer. Girl's weekend. We had everything we needed and more. Re rented right away for my bday weekend next summer! Great neighbors, great location, beautiful house. Thanks we will be back!

Lake and Bay fun

The rooms in this place were very clean. We loved being able to see the lake on one side and the bay on the other. It was like two different worlds.

This rental was a home run for us. Super clean, tastefully renovated, fantastic location. The beach and the view of the lake and bay were awesome. Owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else next time we visit family in Rochester!
