To spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends, come and discover in the heart of a housing estate facing the Landes forest our holiday home (Delivered January 2018) of 118 m2 with neat and contemporary decor.

This villa is composed of a large living room of 50m2 with its open kitchen. The sleeping area is composed of 4 bedrooms with varied decor including 1 parental suite including its bathroom (Italian shower and double sink unit), a second bathroom with Italian shower and double sink unit, as well as 2 WC.
The equipment is complete (Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, ironing equipment, children's equipment (2 high chairs, booster seat, travel cot, stroller, children's bath)
Master bedroom: 160x200 bed, Bedroom N ° 2: 160x200 bed, Bedroom N ° 3: 2 90x200 beds, can make 180x200, Bedroom N ° 4: 2 beds of 90x200.
Outside, you will enjoy a heated salt pool of 7mx3. 5m equipped with 08 sun loungers, a terrace area of 70m2, equipped with a dining area for 08 people, a small lounge, a barbecue.
Located near MIMIZAN (ocean 10 kms) and Lake AUREILHAN (03 kms), ST PAUL EN BORN is also less than an hour from the Arcachon basin and the Pilat dune. Close to shops, bike path, lake, golf, horse riding center.

Very nice house close to the beach

We had a great time in Saint-Paul-en-born and really enjoyed ourselfes in this well-equipped House with nice Pool. Everything was clean and the beautiful maritime furnishing was chosen with love. We highly recommend this House and thank Sophie and Ludo!

Lovely Villa

Really enjoyed our stay, the villa is modern and extremely clean. It is well equipped with most things needed for catering. The pool is lovely, a bit cold though. Our only recommendation would be that the pool needs a hand rail as it’s quite hard to get out. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Sophie and Lude are really nice welcoming people.

Séjour de qualité.Super accueil, maison super agréable avec tout ce qu’il faut. On ne manque de rien même pour les bébés/enfants. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien. Sophie et Ludo sont des proprietaires charmants ,à l'écoute de leurs locataires .Nous avons passé 8 jours dans leur villa qui est très agréable et belle et fonctionnelle....Rien ne nous a manqué (vaisselle ,transats au bord de la piscine,TV,supers canapés..)sans parler d'une déco magnifique dans toutes les piéces .

Agréable séjour.

C’est notre deuxième séjour à Saint Paul en Born dans la maison de Sophie et Ludo et comme en 2020 nous avons passé une agréable semaine malgré une météo bien capricieuse donnant à la campagne environnante une teinte un peu tristounette. Quant à la maison, c'est "top", rien à dire et c'est aussi la raison pour laquelle nous sommes revenus. Je recommande +++.

Unfassbar gutes Haus

Das Haus alleine hat 5 Sterne verdient und noch einen Extra-Stern für die Eigentümer. Von Beginn an war die Kommunikation und das Ankommen sehr gut und herzlich. Die Abnahme am Ende klappte ebenso reibungslos und war genauso herzlich. An dem Haus gab es wirklich überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln, vom beheizten Pool bis zum Top WLAN: Alles auf erstklassigem Niveau. Die Ausstattung war deutlich über dem normalen Niveau. Es war wirklich alles da, die Küche 1+! Vielen Dank an Sophie und Ludo, wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Einfamilienhaussiedlung, außerhalb vom Trubel. Die Kommunikation mit Sophie war jederzeit wundervoll, sie war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür. Zu beachten ist, dass bei Übergabe der Schlüssel eine Kaution von 800 € zu zahlen ist. Es ist anzuraten, eine Quittung vorzubereiten, da Sandrine, die Housekeeping-Dame, keine dabei hat. Rückzahlung erfolgt problemlos. Es gibt eine sehr detaillierte Inventarliste und es empfiehlt sich, wie üblich, Vorschäden zu dokumentieren.
