Across the living room there are 2 bedrooms. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the front porch. The 2nd guest bedroom also has a queen bed and access to the back deck. These two bedrooms each have private powder rooms but share a tub/shower. Upstairs, there are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom between them. Each room has 2 twin beds.

Just off the living room is the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen and dining area have access to the back deck which makes it easy to grill your favorite foods. The galley style kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area seats at least 8. Off the dining area are a full-size washer and dryer. There is covered and uncovered parking at the house as well, with plenty of space for up to 5 vehicles.
