Nearby you will find all kinds of shops, shaded cycle paths that will take you around the island, you can discover the wild marshes, the many beaches that make the beauty of our island, fishing on foot, surf school , aquatic center, casino, mini golf, paddle, sea trips (fort boyard), magnificent fishing port, especially do not miss the oyster huts, horse riding on the beaches.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einem sehr gut ausgestattem Ferienhaus. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Lage, die allerdings suoer zum Strand in Vert Bois war. Leider liegt das Haus an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, dass es sehr laut sein kann. Am Abend beruhigt sich der Verkehr.

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus in super Lage zum Meer

Sehr gut ausgestattet, ideal fĂŒr StrandgĂ€nge gelegen. Schönes eigenes GrundstĂŒck, großzĂŒgige ĂŒberdachte Terrasse und viel Platz. Durchgangsstraße ist am Haus, hat uns aber nur sehr wenig gestört.

Urlaub mit Badespass gesichert!

Eine tolle Unterkunft fĂŒr alle, due Strand- und Badeurlaub (Surfen etc.) lieben! Alles in FahrradnĂ€he oder LaufnĂ€he (15 min zum nĂ€chsten Strand) was man braucht und eine Unterkunft, die Erholung garantiert! Wir waren das zweite Mal dort und planen bereits das dritte Mal!

Stimmungsvolles Haus in guter Lage

Der Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an einer stĂ€rker befahrenen Straße, die wir aber nicht als störend empfunden haben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemĂŒtlich, teilweise aber etwas veraltet. Großartig ist die fußlĂ€ufige Lage zum Strand - zehn Minuten zu Fuß durch einen Pinienwald - und die Möglichkeiten, mit dem (mitgebrachten) Fahrrad bequem unterschiedliche Ziele auf den Insel zu erreichen.

Emplacement Ă  15 mn Ă  pieds de la plage. La plage est trĂšs belle. TrĂšs belle dĂ©coration. Le bruit extĂ©rieur liĂ© Ă  la route passante pendant la journĂ©e ne gĂȘne absolument pas la nuit. Nous reviendrons dans cette maison avec plaisir.

Eine traumhafte Ecke auf dieser schönen Insel

Das Haus befindet sich aus unserer Sicht in einer perfekten Lage, direkt am Wald, in der NÀhe zu einem der schönsten StrÀnde mit kilometerlangen Spaziermöglichkeiten (ohne Schuhe), da in dem Bereich der Insel keine Steine am Strand sind. Unsere Kinder konnten unproblematisch an einem Wellenreitkurs teilnehme. Das Meer, der Strand und die SonnenuntergÀnge waren ein Traum. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und die Vermieter waren immer hilfsbereit bei Fragen.

Traumhafter Urlaub in der NĂ€he des Grand Plage

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach zauberhaft und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von Waschmaschine bis Kaffeemaschine ist alles vorhanden! Draußen wie drinnen kann man wunderbar sitzen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die neue Klimaanlage war an einigen Tagen ein zusĂ€tzliches Geschenk. Zu Fuss oder mit Rad ist man schnell an dem tollen Strand oder im nĂ€chsten Ort! Auf Fragen (via Google Translator ;-) hat die Vermieterin sofort total nett reagiert. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf der wunderschönen Insel Ile d'Oleron❣

Wir wurden ganz herzlich von Frederique und ihrem Mann mit einer Flasche Wein und Kuchen aus der Region empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist im typischen Baustil der Insel Ile d'Oleron erbaut und bietet mit seiner Terrasse inkl. Grillmöglichkeit - eine sehr schöne Möglichkeit, um einen entspannten Urlaub am Atlantik zu verbringen. Den Atlantik mit seinem kilometerlangen Sandstrand erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten. Dieser ist herrlich zum Surfen, Windsurfen, Kitesurfen, Stand-uppadeln oder einfach nur zum entspannen :) Das Ferienhaus ist sehr großzĂŒgig geschnitten, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut - mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Es gab auch eine Klimaanlage, die wir bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur nicht nutzen mussten, da das Haus (bei geschlossenen FensterlĂ€den ĂŒber den Tag) gut klimatisiert war. Es gibt eine kleine Garage, in der die Waschmaschine steht und genug Platz fĂŒr Surfbretter und Strandutensilien hat. Die KĂŒche ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns in den 9 Tagen komplett selbst versorgt - es war sehr gemĂŒtlich :) Die Insel kann man gut mit dem Fahrrad erkunden (ausgebaute Fahrradwege) - es gibt in der NĂ€he ein kleines KĂŒstlerdorf - das sehr zu empfehlen ist. Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub und bedanken uns bei Frederique fĂŒr diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder - bis bald :)

Bonne location proche plage et piste cyclable

La maison est agrĂ©able mais se situe Ă  l angle de deux routes, ce qui est parfois un peu bruyant. Le plus gĂȘnant Ă  Ă©tĂ© pour nous l etat de propretĂ© de la maison. Le mĂ©nage sous les lits n a pas Ă©tĂ© fait depuis longtemps ! Toiles d araignĂ©e au plafond...cest dommage car sinon cette location est un bon rapport qualitĂ© _prix.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine Ă  5 personnes (deux adultes, trois enfants) en juillet dans cette maison. Excellent accueil de la propriĂ©taire. Équipement de la maison parfait. Rien ne manque. Piste cyclable Ă  150m et plage Ă  15 min Ă  pied, ou plus rapidement si on prend les vĂ©los. Seul bĂ©mol, le bruit de la circulation automobile Ă  l extĂ©rieur.

Superbe séjour

Notre famille a passé d'agréables vacances dans cette maison idéalement située, au calme, proche de la plage. La maison convient à une famille avec enfants en bas ùge, pas d'escaliers et une cour clÎturée, bref que du bonheur. Pour un nouveau séjour sur l'ßle nous n'hésiterions pas à relouer cette maison. Sans oublier les propriétaires aussi discrets que disponibles et trÚs chaleureux.

Erholung und Kennenlernen der Ile dÂŽOleran.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmakvoll und gemĂŒtlich eingereichtet. Wir bewohnten zu Zweit das Haus fĂŒr 2 Wochen, das gut mit mehr Personen bewohnbar ist. In der KĂŒche findet sich jedes KĂŒchengerĂ€t und aller denkbarer Inventar. Der nahe gelegene Sandstrand ist eine Traum und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nette , zuvorkommende Vermieter !

Schönes Haus in StrandnÀhe

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 7 und 10) haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist komplett, inkl. zwei großer KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke und einem kleinen Gefrierschrank mit 3 FĂ€chern. Der sehr schöne Badestrand (bewacht) ist zu Fuß ĂŒber einen netten Weg durch den Pinienwald in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen, oder mit dem Rad die Straße entlang in 5 Minuten. Am Strand gibt es eine kleine Bude mit Crepes, Burgern, Waffel, Chicken Nuggets usw. Direkt am Haus fĂŒhrt einer der vielen Radwege ĂŒber die Insel entlang, man muss sich also nur aufs Rad schwingen und losfahren. Die am Haus vorhandenen FahrrĂ€der sind fĂŒr kurze Touren oder zum Croissants Einkaufen in Grand Village Plage ausreichend, fĂŒr anspruchsvollereTouren sollte man sich aber vielleicht doch besser ein eigenes Rad mitbringen oder bei einem der vielen lokalen Verleihstationen eines leihen (die nĂ€chste ist ca. 2 km entfernt in Grand Village Plage). Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie sprechen zwar weder Deutsch noch Englisch (und wir kein Französisch...), aber mit etwas gutem Willen und einem digitalen Wörterbuch ist das alles kein Problem :-). Alles in allem können wir das Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und wĂŒrden mit Sicherheit, wenn es uns mal wieder auf die Ile d'Oleron verschlĂ€gt, wieder hier nachfragen.
