This stunning three bedroom, two bath villa with palm trees and pool, is located in Chocolate Hole just a short 5 minute open-air taxi ride from Cruz Bay, and under 10 minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the world!

This villa is fully air conditioned with ocean views of both Chocolate Hole and Hart Bay from every room.

For those who love to cook, Still Waters has a kitchen adjacent to the sunken living room, dining area, pool and deck.

New furnishings throughout and often refreshed, high thread count linens, offering guests a first class experience in this villa.

Still Waters is a beautiful and relaxing villa that is fully equipped ensuring a peaceful and luxurious stay. You can stay at the villa with friends lounging by the pool, and bring the little ones to enjoy the kid friendly open concept space, walk 10-15 minutes to snorkel at the Chocolate Hole Beach, or explore the many fine beaches of St. John.

Still Waters has all the amenities you'll require - comfortable lounge chairs and floats for pool side lounging and six chairs and multiple towels and coolers for your daily off property excursions too.

Still Waters cottage Ripple is also available for rent. It is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath cottage that sits a little lower in the property and has its own separate access. It is beautifully done/ newly remodeled . Please inquire with me, this cottage can be rented in conjunction with Still Waters or separately.

The location was close enough to town to get around but still private. The only bummer was there is a new house being built next door and we heard some construction noise (not terrible but you hear it) and this house will lose a bit of privacy once it's built, but it was a great stay and we would stay there again!!!

The property lacked the basic amenities you would expect for the price. We have rented several times and comparatively this was the worst. The main issue we noticed on entering was that the pool was dirty with leaves and algae covering the bottom, sides and stairs. It was bad enough that I would not touch the bottom and had I had my children with me they would’ve immediately vetoed any pool time flat out as it would’ve been too scary. The amenities were highly overrated as there was only one beach chair that still had functional back straps and there was only one heavy rolling cooler - no soft side cooler, which combined with the no beach chairs, limited the beaches we were able to visit. I think both of these items would be a no brainer to any Vrbo host on St. John. There was also no shampoo in one bathroom and no extra shampoo or bath products - thankfully I had brought some. And no aluminum foil and several non-washed aluminum pans. Additionally - the poolside umbrella did not function, the dryer was leaking air (Causing greater power consumption that the owner should look into). All in all - the location and views were great but the management was terrible and while I can confidently say the last 3 places we stayed in St. John we would stay again - the 4th - this place - is not one of them.

Had we been notified of concerns regarding the pool, beach equipment, bath products, or any maintenance issues during your stay, we would have addressed them promptly. The pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule, and any issues brought to our attention are typically resolved quickly. We continually inspect and replenish guest amenities, and we appreciate your comments regarding the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and bath products, as they help us identify items that may need replacement or attention. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests, and we are sorry that your stay fell short of expectations. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the guest experience.

Perfect for family visiting St. Johns

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here! The views from the main room were incredible and everyone loved the pool. It was well stocked and clean. Tammy was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Check in was smooth. We would recommend this house to anyone traveling with a family.

Wonderful Island vacation

The location is beautiful with panoramic views of the water and the home is very accommodating with everything you would need to have a very relaxing time. It is both very private with a great pool just a step from the door and also very well located to access all that St. John has to offer.

The house is situated on a hill overlooking Chocolate Hole and the view is stunning. The wraparound deck and small pool was an ideal spot to relax after exploring beautiful St. John each day. Having two bathrooms with showers was ideal for our family of six adults. Tamela was very communicative before arriving and had good meal recommendations.
