10/10 experience with Julia and her rental. I was apprehensive about parking prior to booking but found easy street parking within view of rental and its overall location was close enough to downtown that we were able to walk to wherever we needed during our visit. Apt was clean and a perfect size for two people to stay. Will absolutely rent from again when we come back to Buffalo and if it’s available.

This property is conveniently located in downtown Buffalo in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to everywhere I needed to go during the weekend. Street parking was available right in front of the apartment. The host was easy to communicate with. The apartment was well appointed with what I needed.

Comfortably furnished apartment in a charming historic neighborhood close to everything. We walked downtown and to neighborhood restaurants. We had everything we needed, and the host responded quickly to our questions, recommended places to eat, and let us know where to park. Would definitely stay here again when in Buffalo.
