About this property

Detached house (14 persons) in the center of Saint-Lary, entirely renovated

Detached house completely renovated and located in the village of Saint-Lary Soulan 200 m from the cable car and 350 m from the cable car on foot.

The house consists of 3 levels, including:
- Ground floor: A large entrance street side and a courtyard side, a spacious kitchen fully equipped, a room for children with TV, a toilet, a large living / dining room with a fireplace overlooking a terrace and garden.
Spaces "night": all the rooms can be equipped in bed of 160 or in 2 beds of 80.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms or parental suites overlooking a large bathroom with shower and bath. 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom with a shower. WC on the floor.
- 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with views of the mountains and the village, 2 of which have a bathroom with shower.
- Outbuilding at the back of the house used as a ski room and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Before your arrival, a very precise inventory, an inventory and rules will be provided in order to respect the rental which has just been completely renovated.

The rental is not available at the weekend during the school holidays (Minimum duration 7 days). Outside these periods, the minimum rental period is 3 nights.

The linen is provided: sheets, duvet covers, towels.
The cleaning fee is 200 euros.
Deposit 1000 € on arrival.

un séjour très agréable à Saint-Lary Soulan en famille

nous avons réservé à St Lary sans connaître l'endroit. Le village est très agréable car beaucoup de possibilités de balades avec les enfants et petits-enfants. La station de ski n'est pas très loin à pied (télécabine ou téléphérique) comme indiqué par le site. le manque de neige n'a pas été trop difficile vu les grands espaces de la maison. En conclusion, une expérience réussie

Top huis op een perfecte locatie

Het huis ligt echt midden in het centrum. Binnen een paar stappen sta je in de wijnbar, supermarkt, skiverhuur etc. Het dorpje is idyllisch en authentiek. In het huis is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

Logement conforme au descriptif. La grandeur et le nombre de pièces des pièces est agréable car étant 14 dont 6 enfants, cela facilite l'ambiance...et la répartition du bruit ...Le petit jardin est un plus pour que les enfants puissent jouer dehors sans danger. Appréciable aussi de pouvoir garer 3 voitures...Logement très propre à l'arrivée. Le peu de neige cette année a nécessité de prendre plus souvent la voiture mais le grand beau temps a permis aussi de belles randos...

La casa está en el centro del pueblo, cerca de restaurantes, farmacia, supermercado. es amplia y tiene equipamiento para 14 personas cómodamente. Solo reseñar que tiene dos wc. A pesar de ello, no ha sido un gran problema. Janine y su marido han sido muy amables, siempre han respondido a nuestras dudas. El WIFI funciona no muy bien, pero nos proporcionaron un router. La zona es muy bonita, El Valle merece la pena visitarlo. Muy recomendable para familias. Gracias Janine por tu amabilidad
