Detached house completely renovated and located in the village of Saint-Lary Soulan 200 m from the cable car and 350 m from the cable car on foot.
The house consists of 3 levels, including:
- Ground floor: A large entrance street side and a courtyard side, a spacious kitchen fully equipped, a room for children with TV, a toilet, a large living / dining room with a fireplace overlooking a terrace and garden.
Spaces "night": all the rooms can be equipped in bed of 160 or in 2 beds of 80.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms or parental suites overlooking a large bathroom with shower and bath. 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom with a shower. WC on the floor.
- 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with views of the mountains and the village, 2 of which have a bathroom with shower.
- Outbuilding at the back of the house used as a ski room and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Before your arrival, a very precise inventory, an inventory and rules will be provided in order to respect the rental which has just been completely renovated.
The rental is not available at the weekend during the school holidays (Minimum duration 7 days). Outside these periods, the minimum rental period is 3 nights.
The linen is provided: sheets, duvet covers, towels.
The cleaning fee is 200 euros.
Deposit 1000 € on arrival.
