This oceanfront Outer Banks condo is just steps away from Jennette's Pier, a short drive away from local shopping, and nearby plenty of great local restaurants. Plus, as a guest at Sand N Sea, you'll be able to take advantage of easy beach days with a Diamond Shoals guest-only path to the beach! You'll also be able to enjoy and splash around in the community pool.

Inside Sand N Sea, take advantage of the open living area complete with fireplace and flat-screen TV. You can take in the beautiful ocean views right from the couch! When you need to prepare meals during your stay, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a regular and Keurig coffee maker. In the mornings, head outside to the furnished covered deck and enjoy a cup of coffee while you watch the sunrise over the ocean. The covered deck also makes for a great location for enjoying meals. Enjoy spectacular sunrise views from the large wrap-around oceanfront deck and sunset views from the sound-side deck. The bedrooms include a large King Master Bedroom with a jacuzzi tub and deck access, a Queen bedroom with deck access, and a bedroom with 2 Twins. This oceanfront condo also comes with access to an elevator plus 2 reserved parking spaces (plus additional first-come, first-served visitor parking).

You never really know what you will get when renting but this property had literally everything we wanted.... beautiful view, very close to the beach (30 second walk!) clean, roomy, just perfect!

Great Condo!

Very clean and well maintained unit. We spent a week here, just 2 of us, and we loved it. We had one very minor issue, which was taken care of almost immediately. This unit will be at the top of our list when we plan our next trip to the Outer Banks.

Summer Vacation

We love the location, easy access to the beach, the pool (which always seems to have kids for ours to play with. Jeanette's Pier, ice cream, restaurants and a nice market are within walking distance. The condo is dated but woks for our needs - plenty of dishes, DVD's helpful items in the kitchen, etc. We loved the wrap around balcony and the ocean view.

Nags Head Condo.

Lovely well appointed condo but needs closer review between bookings. Several light bulbs had to be replaced. Could only get the main room tv to work and after the maintenance visit only 3 TVs worked. Never got the master bedroom tv working. Everything you could need was there even a Keurig. Plenty of seating and a huge dining table that was adjustable. Loved the large wrap around deck.
