Elegant , spacious and comfortable.

A beautiful home with a wonderfully stocked kitchen, beautiful views from the expansive verandas and lovely landscaping. An amazing experience.

Fantastic place to have a holiday- Pizza & Pasta night fabulous too!

The owners are friendly and incredibly helpful. They helped book a wonderful family meal (10 adults, 3 children) in a local restaurant...we even got escorted to the location so we did not get lost.

Awesome Tuscan property

We just finished a 2 week stay at this villa in Siena and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience! Manlio is a gracious host and his pizza/karaoke night was one of the highlights of our trip. We had 11 people staying in this property and we never felt crowded. It’s an ideal location to visit surrounding areas in day trips. You won’t be disappointed if you book this villa!

Villa Tre Querce exceeded our expectations

This is a lovely property. The Villa sits within a lovely grounds. The house is elegantly furnished and well laid out.The kitchen has everything needed to cook small or large meals. Manlio the"house manager" served an excellent pasta dinner the evening of our arrival. You will not be disappointed

Paradise in Tuscany

Villa 3 Querce is a little bit of heaven on earth. From the moment you arrive you are swipe away to a calm and tranquil space. The owner, Manlio, is so very friendly and helpful. You could not find a more gracious host. My whole family was completely over joyed with this property.

Great spot for larger groups

We were a group of 10, there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The property is well kept and clean. We had a pizza night with Manilo, this was a great experience. He cooked pizza in his brick oven, there was wine, beer and music. I would recommend this place to anyone. The setting was beautiful, the views were amazing and owners great to deal with.

Unplanned cancellation

My family and I were planning to stay this September but circumstances changed and we are unable to go. Chiara refunded our money immediately, no questions asked and has been very gracious about our cancellation. I hope to come some time in the future and will plan a stay here again. Better than the photos

This villa exceeds expectations. Seven adults stayed the last week of May, and we enjoyed the beautifully manicured grounds, splendid gardens, and lovely home. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Mario (owner) was helpful and accommodating. The view from the back veranda was sensational; we had all of our. meals out there, as well as some naps. We took several day trips to other Tuscan towns,and the location of the property was good for that. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Villa!

We spent a week at this lovely villa after a week on the Amalfi coast and loved every minute of it. The location was perfect for day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Montereggioni and Florence. The pool was perfect for afternoon swims! We cooked outside on the wood-fired grill most evenings which was one of our favorite things to do and had a pizza party with Manilo one night which was also a highlight! Francesca was so kind and helpful with recommendations and rides! I do hope we can come back soon! ♥️

Best location in Tuscany and beautiful indoor and outdoor living. Perfect for our group of 13!

Our week at the villa was spectacular. The location allowed us to visit Siena several times, Montalcino, Pienza, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano and many other beautiful Tuscan towns and vineyards. Every evening we cooked in the wonderful kitchen and had access to the brick oven for pizza and the bbq for grilling. Happy hour was always by the pool and the back patio was a perfect spot for evening gatherings. Manlio was a gracious host and went above and beyond for my family when we needed it. Ask him to join you for dinner and he will cook a delicious meal! We had the most wonderful time and I would recommend the villa to any group.

Perfect spot for a group vacation

My husband and I came for two weeks to celebrate his birthday, and we invited all our closest friends to join at different times during the two weeks. It was perfect - right amount of space, outdoor dining, the pool, the view. Everyone had a great time. We worked with Best of Mas to arrange for daily breakfast/dinner and cleaning, and it was delicious local food (including changes for food allergies). They were very flexible with our requests, though I won’t be specific to avoid creating an obligation. The home owner was responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful house just outside Siena

We rented this wonderful house for 2 weeks in May. The owners, Manlio and Chiara, are incredibly nice. The house is beautiful, spacious, and has everything you will need. 5-10 minutes from Siena, yet very secluded. The house has 5 large bedrooms on 2 levels, many bathrooms, a great kitchen, dining room, living room. exercise room and bonus room downstairs. The grounds are beautiful and there is an outdoor pizza oven and wood grill. Very convenient to Chianti region. If you are looking for a family rental, this house is fantastic.

Update to exceptional

Well we can't help but update our review. Our last night Manlio did pizza for us. It was amazing. He captivated our 5 year old, who barely ate anything other than spaghetti our whole trip but started putting olives and anchovies on the pizza with Manlio. We all had a geat time. What an amazing gift, to share your home with others and we are so grateful they did. I hope to come back and share this amazing place with more of my family and friends. Thank you again Manlio and Chiara!

An excellent week in Monteriggioni

Villa Tre Querce is an excellent villa if you are as we were a party of 9 people where each one of us, family, could enjoy a bedroom an bathroom of their own with good standard. Add to that property owner Manilo Merlo was extremley helful with all practical matters from on the arrival day drivng me to the nearest grocery store so we could have a meal in the evening and the folowing day to arranging a birthday dinner for my daughter on her 40-years birtday with local Toscany food and whine. We all loved it. Thank you Manilio!! I have no problem recommending this villa for my friends Regards Ola Thunfors and his family

Fabulous villa in great location with wonderful host!

We felt like kings and queens staying in this gorgeous villa. The location is very private with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa and the great outdoor areas for relaxation. It was the perfect home base for exploring beautiful Tuscany. Our host, Manlio, was very kind, friendly and warm. When we arrived we were hungry. He took the time to have us follow him in our car to the small town nearby to show us where to have lunch. We had outstanding pizza at the local restaurant. He also had a bottle of prosecco chilling in the fridge for us and was flying an American flag which were very nice touches. We cooked our own meals for a few nights to use the grill and enjoy the outdoor dining experience. We made some wonderful memories with our friends at the villa and hope to be back again!

The Villa was absolutely stunning. The views of the valley and gardens were more than we expected

We celebrated our 30th anniversary with our family of 10 and the house worked perfectly. Manlio and Chiara were great host ensuring that all of needs were met. The house was immaculately clean and had plenty of space for our group of 10. We spent most all of our time in the multiple outdoor seating areas including the pool space. Manlio prepared an amazing meal for us on our first night in the house and from there things just got better. Our groups age range was 19 to 79 and everyone felt comfortable and at home, as we left everyone was commenting on what a perfect location and space for our trip. The location was great for visiting all parts of Tuscany. Only a 7 minute drive to Siena and a short drive to all of the major sights in wine country. We will always remember this trip fondly and hope to return to stay with them again in the future. Gratze Manlio and Chiara!

Wonderful stay + Caring homeowners

Had a fantastic stay at Chiara and Manlio's villa. A few quick thoughts for potential travellers: 1. Very convenient location - basically 5 km outside of Siena, so makes it very easy to make Siena and it's associated infrastructure your hub for the region. 2. Property was great - condition of the property is fantastic, very well maintained and very spacious. The interiors and very well maintained and have everything one needs, the garden in front of the house is great as is the pool area which is nice for a quick dip. 3. Manlio was fantastic - we had him cook dinners for us twice during our stay (which were delicious), but he also stopped by the house each morning, made sure we were doing ok, and offered tips and suggestions as warranted. Would highly recommend this property to potential visitors -- great combo of convenient location + caring / helpful homeowners + well maintained property.

From the moment we arrived at the gate, we realized that we were at a very special place. Our impression was immediately re-enforced upon meeting our Host/Owner Mario who did everything to ensure our comfort and total enjoyment during our stay. The Villa, the Grounds and the Views all in all magnificent and beyond our expectations. A special thank you to Ramel, the Villa Assistant and Groundskeeper who was wonderful. Every inch of the grounds reflects his dedication towards maintaining the place. On behalf of the group, I thank you Mario and Chiara for the opportunity to share your splendid Villa. A most memorable experience, fabulous property.

Would come here again in a heartbeat! The owners were very attentive but not intrusive, there is someone on property to maintain the house, clean periodically, incredibly polite. The owners accompanied us to the Grocery after check in to get us oriented, assist with language and then made a special stop at a bakery. Later that week, the owners arranged for, picked up and delivered birthday cakes for a family celebration, and of course assisted with Pizza Night. We were eight adults traveling together and everyone had the very best time. We used their wood fired grill, pizza oven and all of the amenities, rented Vespas, had a place for our rented cars, went on a fabulous all day winery tour and another day away at Pisa. Strong Wifi and American TV Channels, something for everyone! This was our week to relax during a month long Italy vacation. Siena is a great area for sightseeing Tuscany. By far the most enjoyable rental experience I have ever had

I rarely write reviews and am very selective about using superlatives, but this is an exception. This villa and its owners are simply the best. The house and grounds are gorgeous and immaculately kept. Though I enjoyed the villa with just one other couple, this house could easily accommodate 4 couples or more and still feel spacious. With a wood fired pizza oven, wood grilling fireplace, and well stocked kitchen, the villa is a dream for Tuscan cooking at home if that is your thing. But the absolute best thing about Villa Tre Querce is the incredible kindness and hospitality of its owners, and their constant efforts to assure that every detail of your stay is enjoyable. An evening with Manlio at the helm of the wood fired pizza oven is a must have experience, and his friendliness and charm are incredible. Chiara is likewise charming, accommodating, and caring. It is hard to imagine better hosts in any respect. This property and these wonderful folks should be the poster child for VRBO worldwide. You guys rock!! Thanks isn't saying enough, and we loved every minute of your hospitality.

Fantastic Tuscan Villa Perfect for Large Groups

This villa overlooks a magnificent view of the Tuscan landscape. Located in Chianti between Monteriggioni and Sienna it offers the perfect launching point to travel to many different sites in the region. Plus, you get to return to a warm, relaxing and spacious home with a pool and spa. We were traveling with friends, 3 other couples. The house is very spacious with all rooms having their own bathrooms and views with plenty of space. In fact, the master suite has two bathrooms. The grounds are immaculate and we particularly loved getting fresh eggs for the chicken coop located in the back of the property. The owner and management team were friendly and knowledgeable. The owner, Manillo, welcomed us all to the home with a lovely Prosecco toast. The Best of Mas folks responded quickly to any questions we had. They also arranged a cook to come in and give us all a lesson on making pasta, ragu and dessert. Yum. The cook, Kathy, was delightful and a great teacher. I would strongly recommend staying here for any large group. Ciao

Beautiful home with close access to Siena

The pictures simply don't do this home justice. We stayed here for a week this past May and the home was perfect for our group size! We had three couples and 4 children. Sadly, it rained every day during our visit but that's what made this home even more special! It was so spacious it never felt like we were on top of one another. More importantly, the outdoor patio space was brilliantly designed so that you could sit out there during the rain and not get wet. Our host, Manlio, was very kind and accommodating throughout our stay. He cooked us two meals that were just perfect! A few reviews indicated that the home was showing its age. I stayed in another Italian villa a week later and felt as though that comment was more appropriate for that villa. This villa is not brand new but at the same time I didn't feel like the age or lack of renovations in some rooms negatively impacted our stay at all and I'm a picky traveler. Compared to some other Tuscan Villas, I felt like this property was well cared for and extremely clean. If I were to visit Siena again I would 100% book this home.
