Independent gîte on 2 levels

Color, quality and a beautiful renovation characterize this small gîte. From the private car park, descend 36 steps to access the house on the edge of the town, 500 meters from the shops, 6 km from the Cransac Thermal Spa Center, 35 km from Rodez (Soulages Museum), 20 km from the pretty village of Conques and near Cantal and the Lot Valley.

Independent cottage on 2 levels: Garden level: Integrated kitchen with Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Induction hob. Living room / lounge, north west orientation, convertible sofa (120), TV, DVD, Bathroom: bathtub (shoe), WC and washing machine.

Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms 1 double bed and 2 single beds, Sheets provided and Beds made on arrival. Shower room with WC. Hair dryer. Baby equipment.

Outside: 2 Terraces of 16 and 32 m2 with garden furniture and barbecue.

A reduction of 20% will be applied for a rental of 3 weeks minimum.

Très joli gîte soigné. On se sens chez soi et la propriétaire Myriam est charmante, accueillante et dynamique. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir d'autant qu'il y a de belles visites à faire dans les environs.

Un très bon séjour

Vous rêvez d'un hébergement agréable et bien équipé , eh bien ici tout y est , même ce à quoi vous n'avez pas pensé, Myriam la propriétaire a tout prévu ! Le tout dans un ensemble chaleureux et accueillant d'une propreté remarquable . Seul petit "bemol" , qui fait également le charme du lieu , les 30 marches à gravir pour atteindre le parking . Nous gardons collectivement un très bon souvenir de ce lieu de calme et de silence . Merci Myriam .
