About this property
Beautiful 1 BDRM Overlooking Bread Loaf Campus- Available School of English!
"The Annex" is a welcoming and comfortable, private, one-story, one bedroom home
The 30-foot long combined living room/dining room has 2 large easy chairs, a queen-sized sleep sofa, china cabinet, flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player and stereo/CD player. The dining area has a dark wood trestle table with bench and 2 dining chairs.
The spacious bedroom has a queen bed, large chest of drawers, two night stands and a large closet. Bedding for the sleep sofa is stored in the closet, as is a small fold-out child-sized bed.
The kitchen has a full-sized 4-burner stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Toaster, waffle iron and Mr. Coffee are provided.
Dishes are the Charter Club Summer Grove pattern.
The marble-floored bathroom has a combined tub/shower with glass enclosure.
Note: this property is the separate "The Annex", VRBO listing #1618 543. It is the western wing of the 4- Bedroom Vermont House #692602. VRBO Listing # 1619027 is the three-bedroom "Main House."
For Middlebury College 2025 graduation, we prefer to rent the Whole House for a week; however, we will accept reservations for the Annex alone and for fewer days beginning February 1, 2025.
Prospective renters will be sent a Rental Agreement that they are asked to sign and return to us. Reservation requests are pending until VRBO receives initial payment and we receive the signed agreement.
