This apartment is super cute and in a lovely area between a lake and a river. The host was a delight and gave us a phone call to welcome us. Unfortunately due to the weather this time of year, we could not enjoy any of the water activities but it was so nice to walk along the water. We would have loved for our plans to have allowed a longer stay. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at Dic’s Lake Side Apartment again.

Picked this place based on everyone else’s reviews and was not disappointed! Had a great stay with everything we could have needed and a super helpful host. Convenient to the Middlebury Snowbowl where my kids were skiing. We also were there when it was very very cold and we were quite cozy and warm at night. Would definitely stay again!

We booked two nights but the weather stopped us from arriving on the first night booked. I didn’t know I had to check pet to apply fee when booking but texted owner about the dog and said we would settle in person. Fabulous place to stay, so relaxing and right across the street from a perfect lake. The hosts were incredible and the place was near perfect, having just about everything you would need. I would definitely recommend and we plan on returning next year.

Doc’s Lake House is on a beautiful and quiet lake. My family and I regret not staying longer! It is well-stocked with anything you might need (coffee, spices, breakfast items, etc.), which was lovely! Two separate fire pits and water crafts were available for entertainment. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around. He’s very nice and fun to talk with! It was such a wonderful stay!
