Private getaway on our organic garlic farm with sunroom, wood stove, fully equipped kitchen & wifi. Walk to Fern Lake, wander our woods trails, explore the Moosalamoo National Recreation Area by foot, bike or kayak. Canoe Lake Dunmore, swim Silver Lake. Fifteen minutes to the Rikert Nordic Center, Blueberry Hill, and Middlebury Snow Bowl; an hour to Killington, Sugarbush & Mad River ski areas.
Easy access to Middlebury College, local breweries & top tier restaurants.

Coffee beans, teas, spices & a dozen fresh eggs provided.

Private parking is close to the entry.

Pricing: The listed base price is for two people; each additional guest is $35 per night. Accommodations can stretch to five or six people if we enlist the futon mattress & couches.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It’s very spacious and well stocked. The animals were the highlight of our visit- goats, chickens, and llamas! Lake Dunmore nearby was a wonderful place to spend the day and a smaller lake is walkable from the property. Nearby Middlebury has great food and shops. We hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exceptional. It was a wonderful surprise to find a kitchen stocked with spices and essential cooking items and high quality appliances.Our host shared organic just picked veggies from her garden and gave us tips on making friends with the llamas. The sheets were high quality an everything was so comfortable. When we mentioned that we would like to attend a concert in the park, our host delivered low back chairs.Highly highly recommend.

Banjo’s Cottage is one of our favorite homes we’ve stayed at. It is charming, cozy, spacious, clean, sunny and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the farm fresh eggs and delicious coffee that were waiting for us. The grounds are lovely, with a large garden, chickens and llamas. The area is gorgeous and there are many attractions nearby. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!
