Gorgeous Lake & Mountain Chalet
Completely renovated chalet with views of Lake Dunmore and the Green Mountains. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, new appliances, and more. Big sunny deck with lake views and shared lake across the road with 2 two-person kayaks that come with the rental. Hike hundreds of miles of trails just across the lake in the Moosamaloo National. Recreation Area, ski at the Middlebury Snowbowl and Rikert Nordic Center just 15 minutes away or at Pico and Killington, a 40-minute drive. Or crosscountry ski out your front door when the lake is frozen.

We have been hosting since 2010 and have another property in Stowe as well. We live right down the road, know the area very well. We are active outdoors folks, foodies and and love to offer recommendations.
Why they chose this property
Clean, fresh, quiet and stunning! This house is a gem on Lake Dunmore. It also has a wood stove. Lake access is just across a quiet dirt road (about 50 yards from the house) and has a shallow area great for kids. The house comes with fishing rods and two 2-person kayaks. There's also a swim raft anchored just offshore.
What makes this property unique
Views of the lake, a big bright deck, skylights and tons of natural light. This is a bright, fresh property that was completely remopdeled in 2020. It has a. aood stove, all new appliances, custom stone and tile work, locally milled maple hardwood floors. reclaimed barnboard vanities, pebble-floor shower, 50-inch Roku TV, all the kitchen essentials, fire pit, two 2-person kayaks, shared dock and lake access across the road. Pull-out couch converts to queen bed. Custom dining table seats 8 with additional tables and seating for another 8.
