This bright and open home features two living areas (main level + lower level), both with comfortable seating and Smart TVs. A wood-burning fireplace adds cozy ambiance on cool Vermont nights.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Main Floor: 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom
Lower Level: Half bathroom + large game/family room
All bedrooms include wall A/C units or mini-splits for summer comfort.

The kitchen is fully stocked with:
-Pots, pans, utensils, knives, baking tools
-Mixing bowls, cutting boards, serving dishes & more
-Bar cabinet with cocktail tools
Outdoor cooking:
-Large open-flame campfire grill on paver patio
-Propane grill on main deck

Lake Access & Swimming
Enjoy your own cleared 50' x 50' swim area — over 2,500 sq. ft. of weed-free water ideal for swimming, paddling, and lakeside fun.
You may notice some natural lake vegetation (including milfoil) beyond the cleared area — this is common for Lake Bomoseen. We participate in a state-permitted weed harvesting program each early summer to maintain clarity.
Floating weeds may occasionally drift to shore; a skimmer net is available for optional cleanup.
Guest Access:
Full access to the home, decks, dock, and yard
Some closets and the shed are locked for owner storage
Digital E-lock with unique code provided before arrival
Parking: Private driveway with ample space for multiple cars.
Important Notes
Max occupancy: 10 guests (strictly enforced due to well/septic system)
No pets allowed
Primary renter must be 25+ years old
Home uses a well water system – please be mindful of usage (1,200-gallon holding tanks + water-efficient fixtures installed)
Personal boats welcome! Dock available. Located north of Float Bridge Road — pontoon boats can pass under the bridge with canopies down; wake boats cannot.

Summer: $50/week

We designed it with the modern traveler family in mind.  Our goal is for you to relax and enjoy your stay.  We have tried to provide everything you will need so you don't have to bring it yourselves.
All our furniture/beds have been bought new in 2022 and house was completely repainted for that fresh clean look.
