Great place and location for parent’s weekend at Middlebury. Close to school, hiking trails and all activities I had planned. Hopefully I will be regular.

Wonderful stay!

We had an wonderful stay with my husband for a couple of days before/after New Year’s Day. The house (annex) was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the fireplace and skiing right next to the house. There was not much snow for most of our stay but we drove north to ski and enjoyed hiking around the area.

Thank you! The cross country trails near our house have snow making, as do the downhill trails 1.7 miles up the road to the east,. Both are welcoming and convenient. After skiing you can come home and read or play chess by the fire; perhaps you did? We're happy you enjoyed hiking! The woods are indeed, 'lovely.'

Perfectly Magical!

Great hosts, comfortable, well-appointed lodging in a beautiful setting. It was so much fun to have Middlebury College's mountain campus Bread Loaf so close. We will definitely stay here again. It was an ideal place to relax and enjoy the cool mountain air. We felt cozy and safe. We absolutely hope to return soon!

Absolutely charming home in a beautiful setting. Our hosts were extremely gracious and helped make our stay so comfortable. We would rebook without any hesitation.

Lovely home and environment

The Annex to the house was lovely and the setting beautiful. Just the right size for two of us and close to some nice hikes. I would definitely recommend it.
