The space

The home sleeps a maximum of six people, with two in a queen sized bed, and two in a double sized bed, both located in their own rooms on the Second Floor. The second floor also includes the wet room (shower, toilet, sink), ensuite soaker tub for two, dressing area, and laundry.

The main floor includes the main living space, eat-in kitchen for four, and a walkout to the patio, backyard green space and parking area that's also accessible from the laneway.

On the lower level, and accessible only from the main living space, the Nanny Suite provides a second living unit with an open concept space that includes the living area, kitchenette, lunch side table for two, and double bed. There's also a dedicated washroom (shower, toilet, sink), and study/project room (a.k.a. the think tank), and walk-in closet.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property that includes the main and second floors, the lower level, as well as the back yard and two parking spots on site.

Other things to note

The House is Equipped, Serviced and Supplied with enough Courtesy Provisions to get your stay started smoothly.

Equipment includes everyday items such as cookware, coffee makers (French Press, Stovetop Espresso Maker, Drip Coffee Maker), towels, etc.

Services include Internet, House Cleaning and Property Maintenance provided during regularly scheduled Service days.

Supplies to get you started include house-specific cleaning products, local coffee, breakfast items, toiletries, etc.
