Imagine waking every morning to the sound of the waves of the ocean and the most breathtaking oceanfront view from your own balcony— there is nothing like living ON THE BEACH! This gorgeous oceanfront unit on the 5th floor at the Regency Tower will absolutely impress you with its dynamic views of the ocean, beach and skyline of the wildwoods. Walking distance to the boardwalk, Herford lighthouse, entertainment centers and the famous seawall, etc.

The Regency Tower offers first-class amenities, including a huge heated rooftop (on 2nd floor) swimming pool (Open from Memorial Day - Irish weekend), a huge sun deck with umbrellas, tables, chairs and BBQ grills (summer season only). Elevators. Coin-operated washer & dryers are available on each floor (Remember to bring your coins and detergent, if interested) . 1 car off-street free parking. Central A/C (summer season only), the building switches from AC to Heat during the off season (Oct 15th-May 15th).

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, 4-burner stovetop with an oven, a microwave, a tea kettle, a toaster, a blender, a Keurig, a drip coffee maker . The kitchen also equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and cookware.

Summer Season : (May 1st- Sept 30th) Wi-Fi & 2 Cable TVs in unit.
Off Season : (Oct 1st - Apr 30th) Cable TV only in the living room and Wi-Fi in the Regency Towers Lobby only.

Linens (Sheets/Blankets/Pillows), towels (Beach/Bath), toiletries & beach supplies are NOT PROVIDED. These items will need to be brought by the guest. You may rent them from a local company who will drop them off & pick them up directly at the unit.

What a fabulous view! We saw dolphins from the balcony! The place was perfect. It had everything we needed there. A couple of especially nice touches were the fact that they had adequate outlets for charging devices as well as a lovely snack basket!

This host thought of everything. There were charging cables available, ice in the freezer (no ice maker) and comfortable rugs on the floor. It is small but well appointed and the view is wonderful.

Perfect spot!

This was a perfect spot for oir anniversary get away. The unit is exactly as described, clean, and organized. Maggie was great to work with, very responsive. The view and proximity to the beach can't be beat. Definitely would stay again.

Nice location, we were there off season Oct so quiet. Easy to the beach. Very clean condo, lots of organization and storage to make the most of the square feet. Near enough to Cape May trolley tours and birding option. EEnjoyedEnjoyed!!orelaxing time.

Family vacation

Maggie was great to work with. She kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. Checkin and checkout were very easy. We sat on the balcony every night watching the waves and listening to the ocean. Amazing view!

Perfect getaway condo

The Condo was gorgeous and the view even better. The place was so cozy and well thought out down to the last detail. The owners were thoughtful with their welcoming package and answered any questions I had throughout the week. The view of the Ocean is breathtaking throughout the condo. We loved everything about this place! It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Queen pull out sofa was so comfy for our daughter. Some of our favorite things….Very clean, great pool, ample easy parking, SHORT walk to the beach/ocean. We saw dolphins several times from our patio! It felt like home in so many ways….we cannot wait to return!!!!

Fabulous week in North Wildwood

My husband and I had a fantastic week stay at Maggie’s condo. Everything was perfect and she has thought of everything. So much storage, so many nice touches from a flip flop box by the door to a decorative hamper in the bathroom, huge closets/cabinets, you name it. Can’t wait to stay in this beautiful condo again. It was very clean and exactly as described. Thanks Maggie for a great week. Location was excellent as was the pool and pool deck area.

Relaxation !!

We really needed a relaxing week. This rental was perfect !. Maggie was on top of everything and was very helpful, The location is amazing ! The balcony is in the perfect spot to enjoy the sound and view of the ocean. The boardwalk is very close and within walking distance. The unit is well decorated, comfortable and you have everything you need ! Even a little snack dish !! Definitely going back !

Comfy atmosphere !

This is a gem of a location, and nothing was left to chance. Attention to detail was highlighted in every aspect of how this property was put together. WIFI, Laptop plug in end table, appliances, to kitchen ware. It was well designed. And such a quite week we happen to choose. The roof top pool was excellent, and across the street is the beach. You can't ask for much more. We were amazed. Hope to return next year.

Prefect Solo Trip

I was welcomed with a lovely message, reminders - the snack basket was enjoyed! The property was great, clean, bright and right on the ocean! No need for a noise machine - when you have the real thing! The property, is roughly 1/2 mile to the start of the boardwalk, the entire board walk is 2.5m one way - makes for a great walk or bike ride! I enjoyed walking to Aloha Cafe for breakfast, best deal $9 (breakfast sandwich & coffee), Salty Mermaid, Sams Pizza, Schellingers I would recommend trying out! Highly recommend staying if your traveling solo or couple, it’s cozy, roomy and the location is great but the view is even better!

Don't worry - Be happy condo

So enjoyed our stay and view in this beautifullly decorated condo. Maggie, our host, was very accommodating and responded to emails promptly. We were not able to arrive when expected due to approaching storm. Maggie went out of her her way to accommodate us. Upon our arrival, there was a basket filled with snacks. Attention to detail is also a plus. USB cables for cell phones/computers, useful spices, kureig along with some coffees and creamers. Can't say enough good things about our vacation here.

Amazing little condo on the beach! 5 stars!

We've recently stayed at this property and have to give 5 stars! Upon arrival our amazing host (Maggie) had left us a nice welcoming basket including candy/chips and also a bottle of wine which was much appreciated. The room was spotless clean and decorated with a beach theme that was awesome! Also the room had everything you could need and more (charging cables for all phones, board games, full kitchen, and a detailed book of everything to do in the area which was very helpful) the view was amazing! as well as the location right on the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. Pool was very clean and facility was well maintained. I would highly recommend this property! Side note I had left my roku device behind and our host Maggie went out of her way to ship it back to me within a couple days thank you for everything😁

Relaxing with awesome views

I was impressed the moment I walked into this condo , it smelled good and was very clean. It was decorated so well with the beach theme throughout. It had everything I needed for the stay like hangers , plenty room to put our clothes away. The furniture was comfortable. Just a great place. The use of space was well thought out . Views were amazing the ocean out the front, the pool and sunset out the back. I saw dolphins from the balcony several times. The pool was nice salt water I believe and heated. I even grilled in the area near he pool. Communication was excellent with any questions we had. Thank you for the welcome snack basket it was yummy. I would stay again if I came back to the area.

Best place in north wildwood to stay!!

We LOVED this condo!! And will definitely be coming back, Maggie the owner is so nice to work with it... the condo was clean and smelled good when we entered and she was so nice to deal with. It was rainy the first day so she let us check in early, the balcony has gorgeous view of the beach and it’s so close it’s nice to go back and forth from the beach to condo during the day! There’s great restaurants around it and is in walking distance to the boardwalk! It was also really nice to have paper products there, dishes, cooking supplies ect. Maggie communicates with you and is very easy to get a hold of if there’s any issues, even tried to help me find a condo in the same building for friends... can’t say enough great things about the condo and about Maggie! I would actually look forward to coming back to the condo at night and spend time at it, and the area is very safe feeling!

A Spectacular Experience!

I don't want to bury the lead so I will first say that this condo is in a perfect location. The residential area is clean and quiet, and you don't have to walk over miles of sand to get to the shore. We have stayed in several condos at the Regency and this one is by far the best. Every square inch of this place has been painstakingly considered, and no condo is more well-appointed than this one. Maggie and Joe have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay convenient and comfortable. We usually have a bag of extras we take when we travel, and for the first time we were able to leave it in the Jeep! They have also made the most efficient use of the space. There is plenty of room for your toiletries, clothes, and snacks, which is quite a feat for a beachfront condo. The view is spectacular, and the meditative sound of the ocean is unmistakable even from the coveted 5th floor. The pool is clean and temperate, and all the facilities are well-maintained. The boardwalk and the seawall are easily walkable as are many inland haunts. The hospitality Maggie and Joe extend to their guests is so welcoming, and really makes you feel at home. We will be back!
