Folly Vacation Laid Back Casual Beach Bungalow 209-B

Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.

Completely new, renovated two-bedroom, one bath beach bungalow, located one block from Folly's busy Center Street where all the restaurants and night life are and only a short walk to the beach.

There is plenty of room to relax in this newly renovated two-bedroom, one full bath beach bungalow. The living area is comfortably furnished with a leather queen size sleeper sofa, a couple of comfy chairs and a twin-size daybed for just relaxing or additional sleeping. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy in the dining area with table and six chairs. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Each bedroom has a king size bed, upgraded linens, flat screen TVs, and custom cabinetry. The bathroom is full size with a large walk in shower and stocked with bath towels. The bungalow also has a stacked washer/dryer unit.

This home is 1,100 Sq. Ft.

The yard is beautifully landscaped, with a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, private outdoor shower and completely fenced to offer plenty of space for the kids and/or dogs to play that come along. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This home has a private driveway for parking up to 3 vehicles, and is located 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more.

Cute, clean, and stylish little bungalow that’s a close walk to the beach and restaurants. This was our first time not only staying at Folly but also not staying “beach front” on a vacation, we enjoyed our stay! The outdoor shower was a great place to clean up after beach time. I would have liked a covered seating area outside rather than an umbrella at the table for the rainy times we experienced, but it wouldn’t be a reason to not book at this economically smart bungalow.

Enjoyed our stay here! The house is really nice and neighborhood seems really nice. Close enough to walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and other things.
