Beautiful East Bench home with incredible view of local mountains. Just 59 miles or less from 7 world class ski resorts including Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Park City, Sundance and Deer Valley. Historical downtown Park City just 45 miles away. Close to great restaurants, Shopping, Freeways, Hiking, Mt. Biking, Golfing, Fishing, Running, Boating and endless activities. Located only 16 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport. Enjoy this comfortable home with high-end finishes and amazing views of the mountains and valley.

Located in Bountiful , nestled at the base of the East bench Wasatch mountains with a short 15 mile drive to downtown life in Salt Lake City. Rental space is the bottom level with private entrance to one or two bedroom living. Each room has a queen sized bed with high end luxury mattresses and linens. Private bathroom for one bedroom and shared bathroom if renting second bedroom. Equipped kitchenette and comfortable living room. Just outside you will see amazing views of the mountains and valley.

Guests can park in driveway. No access to garage. Please be considerate of our neighbors as a lot of them do live in the community full time. Also, keep the noise down after 10:00 PM. Please be clean and respect our home. No gatherings or parties. We love our home and hope you enjoy your stay with us. We would appreciate no shoes be worn in the house, please remove them as you enter. No Pets.

Beautiful home and area. Beautiful grounds and neighborhood. ADD ON ORBITZ DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT PEOPLE WERE LIVING IN HOUSE W/NO SEPERATION BETWEEN THEM AND US. WE WERE IN OUR AREA WATCHING TV AND SOMEONE CAME DOWN THERE. IT WAS JUST AWKWARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. Never would have booked if I knew people were living in house...dogs barking, doorbells ringing, can hear conversations. Would have been perfect other than that or maybe okay if there was seperation between upstairs and downstairs

Nice neighborhood and fairly close to the airport.

Very beautiful home. The accommodations are the lower floor of the house. There is a separate entrance and the owners were very respectful of our privacy. It was comfortable for two couples and had very comfortable beds. It could use more kitchen items to be able to eat and warm up things in the microwave or toast oven. The refrigerator was very small. The owners were super and responsive to any needs we had.

Beautiful home in UT

What beautiful accommodations! Check in was super easy, it was well appointed and for once a super comfortable bed! The linens were plush, too. Keep in mind that it does not have a full kitchen (small refrig and no stove/oven). I still would highly recommend this place. My only suggestion is a bigger refrigerator with freezer space. JillH

Very nice home

My Mom, sister, and I rented this property for 8 days. It was a very nice home in a beautiful neighborhood. The ONLY negative thing we had was the A/C was out the whole time we were there. It is not the property owners fault but it was very hot that week and was somewhat uncomfortable during the day. We were given our privacy even though the owners reside upstairs. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area were very nice and comfortable.
