The home is over 2000 sq feet with additonal 1000 sq feet of outdoor patio decking with gorgeous ocean views. Outdoor decks with firepit's with oceanview. People love this home which is set high above the street giving privacy, ocean view and sea breezes. We Do Not allow loud parties or events.

What makes this property unique
Best location, 2 blocks to beach, restaurants, train station. Ocean view from multiple decks. Property is very quiet, sits high above street below. Living room is nicely appointed, bright and light. Travertine flooring, fine art on walls, skylights, private decks, 2 surfboards provided. New fire pits added to ocean view decks.
