Nestled 330 meters above sea level, 1 hour from Bastia and 30 minutes from the airport, new apartment, air-conditioned that can accommodate 4 to 6 people (possible of course from 1 person), with terrace of 20 m² and private garden in a quiet environment 5kms from the beach and the seaside resort of Moriani Plage.
The apartment is composed of two bathrooms with bath, Italian shower and two toilets.
2 bedrooms of 13m² and 12m² with double bed and closet and one of 10m².
Fully equipped kitchen, lounge overlooking the sea. Large outdoor area quiet with ping pong table, petanque baby foot and private parking for 2 to 3 cars or more.

Magnifique location avec vue imprenable sur le levé de soleil surplombant la mer. Location parfaite, ultra fonctionnelle ou rien ne manque pour passer un séjour de rêve. Propreté irréprochable. Calme et sérénité sont au rendez vous. Nous remercions Laurent et Mila pour leur accueil très chaleureux, leur disponibilité permanente et discrète, ainsi que leur extrême gentillesse (toujours prêts à rendre service). Leurs conseils nous ont été précieux pour de belles balades dans cette magnifique région. Nous espérons y retourner !!!

Une vue exceptionnelle sur le levé de soleil au-dessus de la mer, appartement très bien pensé agacement, confort et propreté cinq étoiles. Nous sommes partis à la découverte de Bonifacio, de Cap Corse et de Nonza sur les très bons conseils de Laurent et Liudmila. Ce séjour convivial et chaleureux nous a fait découvrir l'hospitalité corse et les paysages inoubliables de cette belle île. La casa è favolosa, è tutto nuovo, è dotata di tutti i comfort, la vista è impareggiabile, e tutti gli ambienti sono perfettamente puliti. 3 comode stanze, due bagni, cucina completissima comprensiva di lavastoviglie e macchina per il caffè, grande salone, ambiente climatizzato. Cosa chiedere di più? Laurent e la moglie sono dei perfetti padroni di casa, sempre disponibili e mai invadenti. È stato un soggiorno fantastico, per una sistemazione così vale la pena affrontare una salita in auto di 2/3 chilometri su una strada strettina, ma decisamente poco trafficata, si è subito ripagati dalla posizione incantevole. Grazie Laurent. Siamo stati davvero come a casa nostra. Bravi!

Merci Laurent et Ludmilla pour votre accueil chaleureux, toujours à l'écoute, et vos bons conseils. Vôtre appartement est très fonctionnel avec une exposition face à la mer extraordinaire. Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse avec la mer et la montagne comme toile de fond sous un chaud soleil d'automne illuminaient chaque nouvelle journée . On peut admirer tant le lever du soleil que celui de la lune sur la mer et les îles .Le calme qui y règne nous a permis de nous ressourcer face à la splendeur du paysage. Nous le recommandons fortement et dès que nous pourrons nous reviendrons vous voir.
