CHALET 3PIECES 37M², for 4 people who smells of pine, ideally located in the pine forest near the lake and near the ocean (4 km).
Partly renovated in May 2018 and re-equipped as new.
It is a very quiet place, crossed by cycle paths, from the terrace to the view of the pines, not overlooked.
Two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, sofa, television, terrace with plancha, garden furniture and deckchairs.
A bathroom with walk-in shower and basin. Separate WC. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron.
Very well placed near the cycle tracks, the leisure center (about 1km) water sports, tennis, archery, tree climbing.

Ce châlet spacieux pour deux possède un très bon emplacement. Pas de vis à vis, dans les pinèdes et bien ensoleillé. La grande terrasse en est très agréable. La situation géographique est excellente entre mer et Lac.

Nous avons apprécié la tranquilité de ce petit chalet (3ème semaine de septembre) situé au milieu d'une pinède. Superbes balades sur les chemins bordés d'arbousiers et de bruyères...

Chalet très agréable au milieux des pins

Chalet bien équipé et idéalement situé entre le lac et l'océan. Très pratique pour famille avec enfants. Nous recommandons cette location.

Urlaub im Grünen mit allem was man sich wünscht!

Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden. Das gut aufgeteilte und saubere Chalet bietet alles, was man braucht auf kleinem Raum: Von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche über ein schönes Bad zu einer wundervollen Terrasse mit tollem Blick und einer herrlichen Lage. Überall riecht es nach Pinien und man ist mitten in der Natur. Super nah am See und das Meer ist quasi auch nebenan und mit Rad oder Auto schnell erreicht. Alles hat super geklappt und wäre es keine Autofahrt von 12 Stunden für uns nach Maubuisson würden wir sofort wieder hinfahren! Vielen Dank an Bruno und Sonia! We were totally satisfied with everything. The well divided and really clean chalet has everything you need: a perfectly equipped kitchen, a really nice bathroom and a really large balcony with a wonderful view in extraordinary location. The smell of the pines all around was wonderful and we really enjoyed the nature ll around. A nice lake was really close and the ocean just around the corner by bike or car. Everything worked perfectly! And if it wasn‘t a 12h drive for us to Maubuisson, we would be there again instantly. Thanks so much to Bruno and Sonia!

un séjour très agréable

Endroit très calme idéalement situé entre lac et océan où l'on peut profiter aisément des pistes cyclables et sentiers de randonnée.

Chalet agréable et bien situé

Petit chalet coquet, au calme, au milieu des pins. Bonne literie, nombreux ustensiles de cuisine (sauf four). Bien situé: à 1,5 km des commerces et 4,5 km de la plage océanique (piste cyclable vallonée ) Au calme, sans vis à vis... A refaire!!
