About this property

T2 southern Brittany beautiful sea view, calm, beach,

Facing the sea, between the gulf and the ocean, our accommodation is located in the Regional Natural Park of the Gulf of Morbihan, in Saint Gildas de Rhuys.

The apartment, is on the ground floor with garden and terrace, in a very calm luxury residence of small collectives (1 floor only), in a wooded park of 3 hectares with tennis.

It has all the comforts (equipped kitchen, washing machine, WiFi ...)

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the living room with a double sofa bed and a single armchair / mattress, TV with hi-fi system.

In the bathroom you will find a shower, a sink cabinet, a washing machine. The toilets are separate.

Private parking space.

The beach is just under the residence at 150 meters and the shops at 20 minutes on foot.

LOCATION OF THE RENT

Location: 1.5km from the village of St Gildas (all shops) and 22kms from Vannes (train station, etc.). Nearby: excursions to nearby islands (Belle-Ile, Houat, Ile aux moines ..) by boat. Coastal hikes, fishing on foot, bird watching from the Gulf, bike tours, Romanesque abbey church of St Gildas, visit to the magnificent Suscinio castle, golf, horse riding, spa A little further, Carnac, Quiberon, Brocéliande forest ...
