NEXT TO GLAZE MEADOW, CUTE, WITH MANY AMENITIES!

BEDROOMS: 3 stylish bedrooms: 3 king beds, 4 singles in a bunk room, and a sofa sleeper in the second living space loft, there is a place for everyone!

EXTRAS: Hot tub, ping pong, Tesla charger, and large deck with lots of comfortable furniture. AC being added for 2024 stays!

LOCATION: Right in the center of Glaze Meadow Recreation Center and Pool with a hot tub, workout facility, bike rental, and spa! Also: tennis courts, horse shoes, pickle ball, basketball, golf, boules and easy access to bike trails out the back deck!

HOUSE RULES: This condo is smoke-free (no vaping please) and pet-free. Guests must be 25 years of age (or accompanied by a 25+year old adult). The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of main guest.

BBR FEE: $9 per person per day payable upon arrival at the welcome desk for your parking pass and use of the pools and facilities along with access through the private gates. Golf is extra.

Wonderful Black Butte vacation!

This house was wonderful to stay at! It was very clean and updated with all the amenities! Located super close to the Glaze Meadow pool/recreation center which we absolutely loved! Would definitely stay there again!

We have been married since 1996 and have three grown kids. Jim and I used to come visit the ranch as teenagers. Once we had our own kids, it became a must-visual vacation spot for our family and friends. Eventually, we were able to own a place of our own… and we’re thrilled to get to share it with you!

We’ve always had a value of hospitality and when we bought our first Black Butte Ranch home in 2019, we knew that it was too good of a place to have it sit empty when we weren’t using it. Aymee co-owns a design business and uses her talents to create an inviting and beautiful space… a unique beauty (or Buttee)

Why they chose this property

We only looked at properties that were a "stones throw" from Glaze Meadow Pool and Rec Center because it's the place to be! We love that it is on a cul-de-sac so kids can safely ride bikes and play out front. We wanted a house that was just the right size for a cabin feel, but could hold a group of people well.

What makes this property unique

Come relax and make memories, we've got a spot for everyone! The deck is huge and we've got couches, a dining table with an umbrella, a hammock, a fire pit, and a hot tub!
